Well then, that's not the fascism we're talking about. Where has such "fascism" occurred?

You are just essentially telling me that you think fascism is bad and that people who believe in it suck. But you don't really have an argument, though.

Your comments are twisted. Murderers are not allowed to have rights. Terrorists are not allowed to have rights. Fascists, as we saw, are murderers and terrorists. They have nothing good to offer and only harm.

I will be the first to admit that I am not an expert on fascism, and that I only have passing knowledge about it. However, just based on the fact that it opposed liberalism and marxism, I'd say it's pretty awesome in my book.

Although I really don't care to convince you that fascism is good. You are free to believe what you want.

    Is one needed?
    Some things are self evident...

Well unless you're married to the concept of racism and fascism

Yes, and you are allowed to continue talking utter nonsense, but no one has to reply.

You need to prove that fascists always murder and terrorize. And don't bring up the Nazis. That is in the past. Lets talk about present-day ones (if there is any).

    After you personally attacked me?

I don't support the racists in Charlottesville just so you know.

Not until they have been tried and convicted of those crimes. And in this country we don't limit the rights of a group based on the actions of individuals.

Based on your same reasoning the Democrat party should have been outlawed and silenced when the Bernie supporter killed the guy on the bus in Portland. Or when the Bernie supporter attempted to assassinate republicans.

The Romans used a form of facism during the Republic under the Praetor Maximus who assumed control from the Consuls in times of war. It was an effective form of government for years.

My knowledge of Roman politics is limited to watching Julius Caesar once so I can't comment on this.

I would not say I know "nothing" about it. I did mention that it opposed liberalism and marxism, did I not?

You seem very emotionally invested in this topic. Why is it a big deal to you that I like fascism?

The Romans had a saying that served them well. "In times of war, the laws are silent." They didn't do to badly for a few tribes holding out in the hills above the Tiber.

A lot of positive aspects of liberalism. Liberalism is one of the main reasons you are allowed to not go to church on Sunday and still be a member of your community.

BTW the Roman had a very effective form of government . The more skin you had in the game the higher you went and the more you risked.

You are free to think liberalism is good, and I am free to think that fascism is good.

    Deal?

We aren't in a war though. And I like to think the US took the best parts of most political philosophies from history and merged them into this experiment in governance we are currently engaged in.

It absolutely is. Religious conservatism, such as in Iran, requires people to attend religious services.
