Maybe you should ask them, for I would have no idea why they were concerned.
Maybe the mass killing 2 month ago was on their minds.

Hog wash BS on your part. I have no problem with him going to a range to shoot a weapon.
This is why RWers can never be taken seriously. They think every one who isn't them, thinks exactly the same.

Probably only hassle people with Tourette syndrome or Asperger syndrome, for hand flapping, T.S.A. seems to hire some real intellectual brain trusts,

You're right. I do have a habit of doing that.

A real lib wouldn't be offended by it, which is probably why he didn't mention it.

A progressive lib is offended by everything, and would be sure to point it out.

    Of course you do.

If you didn't, you would understand there was no justification for dragging him into a room and interrogating him, instead of defending it.

Neither do you, neither did the authorities.
Hence the reason for the chit chat.

Offended when someone's 1st, 2nd and 4th amendment rights are violated?

    Absolutely.

Constitutional infringement is one of the few things that don't offend progressives.

Well, unless it's an illegal alien they're trying to grant Constitutional protections to.

There was no reason for the chit chat. At least not in the manner that it was performed in which you seem to approve of.

Why bother to use Politics and Political classifications at all ?
Is that not a form of Bigotry and Prejudice ?
It is similar to Racism and saying that
(Insert Race here) always do a particular something or are unintelligent etc...
Better to address a particular issue or view rather than condemn a whole group.

Not offended, I just think it's wrong to go about questioning a kid over a tweet in an authoritarian manner, violating his 4th amendment rights... but if you're cool with authoritarianism and violating the Bill of Rights, no biggie.

I am a liberal. I'm not an authoritarian, or approve of any authoritarian actions such as the one that you seem to approve of that took place against Kaschuv.

Yep the ends justify the means therefore everything is permissible in obtaining the end you wish to achieve.

It's kind of scary that people like that live in our world and that they're being empowered by members of our government.

That's how the mass shooting happened in the first place.

That's another thing I think is at play here. They don't like the fact that they are grossly incompetent for all of the world to see.

So now we must single out certain students... particularly ones in favor of that pesky 2nd amendment that post about it on Twitter. Anyone that has ever posted about touching a gun on Twitter needs to be taken out of class, placed in a room without their parents or a lawyer present, shamed, and questioned about what they've done.

    /how'd i do?

It is my understanding that they do not paid well and the working conditions is not great so they have a big problem with turn over and recruiting.

Going to the range anytime before the shootings or after a few more months after the shootings would not seem strange but right after the shootings and the killings seem more then slightly strange at least in my opinion.

    What right was violated?
    What right was taken?
So authorities asking questions is some violation of rights according to you?
