Police officer chokes young black man who took his sister to prom outside Waffle House

They went there to eat after the prom, as many all over America do.

 

How about innocent folks or should I say black folks, it's obvious you don't care about that either.

 

The court of law is the finder of guilt and innocence, not the street, not the cops, not the punk with the cell phone camera and a twitter account.

Comply, then let the system sort it out...resist, pop off at the mouth, behave like you're the Alpha Dog around armed men and women, and you deserve what's coming to you.

I think it's the act of putting something under the wheels of a car, wagon, etc. so it doesn't roll away.
It's definitely not the same as choking, no matter how many times you misspell a simple word.

Should read something like

People who think they're going to be victorious in confrontations with the police are fooling themselves.

at the end of the day, you can't win.

even if you win the battle -- break and flee, land a punch -- you ultimately lose the war.

 

You mean like when white cops are beating a black man on the ground with batons and he's begging them to stop but they ignore his pleas and keep beating him anyway?

The Court of Law is suppose to be the finder of guilt and innocence, but unfortunately we see a lot of officers giving out street justice and then justice not being served upon them.

So if I grab you around your throat and start choking you and you can't breath do you just lay there and die.

You don't care when cops are beating belligerent, non-compliant white morons.

 

Why were the cops called on this kid? And the next time someone has a problem with a black kid then I'm saying the person who calls the cops should mention if the bad guy is black so the police can locate black cop to send to the scene.

 

As the left likes to say, you have a greater chance of being hit by lightening and killed in a shark attack than you do with being a black man on the ground being beaten with batons while begging them to stop.

If you really believe blacks have it worse than anyone else when it comes to dealing with cops then September is approaching fast and you can take a knee during the football games.

 

I used to do it to jets after they taxied in and I always do it to my truck when I change the oil or work on the brakes.

So a group of loud and obnoxious black 'youts' walk into a WH.......one had been arrested at the same place a week earlier. They violate the rules and sit at a table that has not been cleaned.....and then begin arguing with the staff, causing a scene, and disrupting the orderly conducting of business. (Not to mention that the wait staff knows that they will not receive a tip from this group as it is well known in the F&B industry that blacks don't tip). The police are called so that a business in the business of conducting business can go about conducting business. One of the 'youts' mouths off to the cop and gets arrested......somewhat roughly as he resists arrests (as all blacks are taught to do by their parents, friends and culture). Somehow, due to the invention of cell phone cameras by the White man, this becomes a national story about 'raciiiiiiiissssmmm'.........funny stuff......

 

Don't project your hatred on to me.

But as a black man you still have a better chance of finding yourself in that position than a white man.

Does it matter.

So anytime someone calls the police you are automatically a bad guy. Are you saying that white officers can't conduct themselves correctly if the person is black.

 

I wonder why they don't call the cops when a group of loud and obnoxious white youths walk in.

What is funny about a young man being choked? So black folks are not allowed to mouth off to cops, but white folks are allowed to do so without repercussion. See black folks have been dealing with police brutality since our sojourn in America, cellphones and camcorders have just brought it to the light.

 

It did in the Yale and Nordstrom cases, and in the Nordstrom case we don't even know the color of the person who called.

The people who called the police made that assumption. As far as white cops go, I've already told you my story about how I was handcuffed, roughed up and thrown over two desks in a police station.

 

We don't care when cops are beating folks who are actually putting their lives or the public in DANGER.

 

Unfortunately, no system is perfect...humans are emotional creatures who will, if pushed to a certain point, occasionally lose their cool no matter how much training they've received.

There are also humans who, though charming, and seemingly intelligent and emotionally stable, have no business being in positions of authority (when I was involved with military law enforcement, we called them "ate up with it", or simply "ate up"...which refers to the arrogance some display when given a little bit of authority...they were identified and rooted out pretty quickly). So, poke that bear at your own risk....like Forrest Gump's box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get.

too, it's always been funny to me how people expect others to behave differently than they might in a similar situation. People lose their temper, but they expect other people to remain totally calm and professional. People bargain hunt, but expect other people to behave irrationally with their money.

If 'you' (a random dude) try to grab me around the throat with intent to do me harm I'm going to unload my magazine into you. I won't give a law enforcement officer a reason to grab me around the throat because I have an IQ above room temperature and know I can't win that war....I'm going to be polite and compliant, then let the justice system sort it out.
