    Referring to the TRUMP Playbook?

    Got it.:salute:

Anyway, back to the OP, this Propaganda Piece does represent a New Level of Pro-Trump High Comedy.

Is this Comedy-Based Pro-Trump Propaganda what we should expect in 2020?:flagus:

We'll have to agree to disagree. I've been following Trump's message since around September 2015 when he showed America he had a backbone and I've watched him defend himself the whole time. A jab here and there is par for the course for anyone in the running - cue the obama campaign referring to the Clinton campaign as racist in 2008 - and I can't agree with you that Trump has been an instigator outside of 2 to 3% of the time.

He's never had a warm and fuzzy demeanor. He's pompous, but he's pompous for Americans and believes in making sure we're first.

Thanks for backing up what I was saying about being manipulated by cherry-picked messages that have been twisted and written out of context by Trump's detractors.

Politifact is not a blog and I would ask whether you trust any other fact checking sources like Washington Post or CNN.

    But frankly, I don't give a ****.

I would love to watch you try and explain how those quotes should not be evaluated at face value.

Not really, the topic is Pelosi ripping up his speech.

I was responding to a comment about whether Trump should be compared to Democrats in terms of childishness.

He talks like a NYC businessman, not an oily Swamp professional politician, who says anything to anybody and doesn't mean much of it.

SharpieGate? Are you talking about when he drew a potential path that a hurricane could take? See, that's a perfect example. That was done as a caution for potential destruction. We've all seen how democrats point the finger when a hurricane hits. Bush II warned Kathy Blanco to start evacuating people out of New Orleans and surrounding areas in 2005 when Katrina began to form, but Blanco didn't listen and a lot of people were left stranded or died because she waited until the last minute, and Bush II got the blame. Trump avoided that by issuing caution and the democrats still take jabs and call it "SharpieGate."

    Uh...no.

He definitely drew on an official map with a Sharpie just to try and make it seem like he was actually correct when he said Alabama was in the path of the destruction - at a time when literally none of the forecasts said Alabama was in the path of the destruction.

He had plenty enough destruction to focus on just in terms of the States that were actually in the path of the Hurricane. He solely drew on that map because he wanted to double down on his own **** up when he said that Alabama was also in the path.

Do you understand what it means and how it effects the meaning of something when it's taken out of context?

I do. So please, provide the context you feel is necessary for any of those quotes so that the face value of the quote is no longer appropriate.

Exactly. I've been sick of politicians telling us what we want to hear since the mid 2000's when I started paying attention. Trump has gotten tons of support because he actually backs up what he says.

Did the know that the map he altered was a map of the "original" projections? In other words, when he made that alteration, there were much more recent maps and projections that he could use to discuss the threat posed by the hurricane.

But Trump had already made the tweet about Alabama being in the path of destruction, so he brought out the "original" map of the Hurricane's path to justify the tweet and it was on THAT map that he made the Sharpiegate adjustment.

I think I look pretty good when I'm being coy, but on that point, I am serious.

Please, please provide the requisite context which would make the face value of the quote less damaging or relevant.

Again. I lived through it.. Watched the path change until it hit as we were in the path.. Easy the early models had it hitting part of Alabama as it was supposed to go across Florida and then up into the gulf..

THAT is what his point was.. Retards in the media pitched a fit in their own ignorance and you are still defending them.
