Calling Trump an illegitimate President for John Lewis is old hat. He's yet to meet a Republican who didn't outrage his sensibilities.

He accused John McCain of stoking racial hate,and he said that Mitt Romney would bring society back to where blacks were beaten,. So nothing new. He hates all Republicans.

 

Lewis also hate whites.

 

John Lewis was beaten bloody, tear gassed, and jailed for civil rights. What have you and/or Trump done? Side with white supremacists?

On CNN, some Pee Party talking head was slamming Lewis for disrespecting the President elect. Oh the outrage! How dare he challenge the legitimacy of the President!!! The poor little dear was nearly apoplectic.

It was quickly pointed out that is exactly what Trump did with Obama. But he started a conspiracy theory based on lies - the birther crap. What Trump did was treasonous. Lewis is just exercising his right to dissent and free speech.

If Lewis is still having a problem with the whites of 50 years ago, who really is having an issue?

But we will have top men working on a cure, so the internment hopefully will be only 8 years. Trump cannot make America great again with these loons running around, being destructive, wigging out and doing mass shootings, joining ISIS because of hate towards white males....and so on and so forth.

But just remember the only thing you have to fear, is fear itself. So stop being in terror of being afraid.

 

John Lewis has been a civil rights leader for more than half a century.
And along comes Donald Trump, happily surrounded by racists and doing his best to turn back the civil rights clock.
Lewis has every right to be disgusted. I'm right there with him.

That being said I do not think that Trump should "dispel all our fears about him." I'd rather that the Washington establishment and media be afraid of him. Along with other malefactors such as mass media and the United Nations.
