Rittenhouse judge bans MSNBC from courtroom after person accused of trailing jury bus

That is why any statement to the effect of "they were trying to dox The Jurors" is beyond Misinformed (and Imbecilic).

 

The fact he was trailing a bus of jurors is all anyone needs to know. There is NOTHING he could say to excuse what he was doing. NOTHING.

 

True but what is important here is it goes deeper than just a reporter following the bus. His supervisor at NBC instructed him to follow it.

 

How out of touch would you have to be to know ANYONE trailing a bus of jurors has no excuse to doing so. No, you have no right to know where they are going. No, you have no right to follow them and there is NO excuse you could provide that would give you any privilege of following jurors.
On top of which its a reporter from MSNBC?

But the fact you would even attempt to defend that behavior shows your own bias.
Since the judge found it to be a grievous dereliction to the point he threw them out of the courtroom, You want to provide us with any acceptable reason why an MSNBC reporter should be trailing a bus of jurors?

 

Which makes it even worse. This wasn't a bad decision by some reporter, it was actually ordered by the management of NBC.

 

Won't know if pictures were taken until it is further investigated. Hopefully the police confiscated his camera and phone.

 

Maybe they had a lead about something that could've happen to the bus... They may've wanted to be the first to report about it.

 

The reporter had a right to refuse the order or maybe he just didn't know it was a serious infraction?

 

So instead of communicating a threat they found out about the jurors and safeguarding them, they decided to follow the bus to film the attack?

 

In that case NBC probably should have reported it to the judge or police.

 

What, is he like 15 years old? A reporter covering a murder trial that doesn't know of the privacy laws governing jurors? If he didn't know that, wouldn't he have been filing them during the trial?

Since the Judge found their behavior so egregious to the point he banned them from the courtroom and kicked them out, would you like to provide us with any acceptable reason why an MSNBC reporter should be trailing a bus of jurors?

I am not defending or attacking the behavior, as at this point I do not know that any bad behavior for sure happened

now I do condemn that guy that showed up to the courthouse with an ar-15, but I don't blame all gun owners for that either

Now we are down to faking claims about what happened? The jurors left the courthouse and the reporter was caught red handed following the bus, and ADMITTED he was following the bus as INSTRUCTED by his boss to do so.

Stop making fake claims to defend what they did.
