oh, it was as they were leaving, I though happened this morning, I misread that

yeah, that is more suspicious then

following the bus on the way there, I have no issue with

as it's leaving, no, that would be off limits imo as it could lead to where the jurors lived, but I doubt any charges will be made (other than the traffic violations) as they pulled him over before they could prove he was going to do that

I mean even when some on the right tried to expose a whistle-blower, no one got in trouble, and way more proof there

but I think we can all agree, he was either up to no good or just plain stupid

I can't speak for 'the left' as a whole, but what I've been saying - as have many here - is that he shot and killed two people and shot and seriously wounded another. That deserves a trial, doesn't it? I haven't used the word murder - just killing. Can you deny that happened?

When contrasting the two stories, the journalist/jury story is full of 'alleged' accusations. He didn't take any pictures of the jury. So, how can you compare the two? One has facts (2 dead, 1 wounded) and the other has 'alleged' and 'purported' written all through them. In fact, I'm not doubting the story, but I'll keep my tar and feathers in storage until the whole story is revealed in factual detail.

The reporter following the Juror bus told the officer he was instructed to follow the jurors and take pictures of them. How do you think the judge found out about it so fast.

Ain’t it funny how the left can read the mind of KR and discover his intent, but they can’t do the same thing with a guy who admitted to what his intent was?

Leftist news networks want the violence because then people can watch them cover it. So it benefits them to cause the riots to create Jews to create click and viewers. It’s insidious.

He is a party loyalist. No matter what, he will take the side of the left in EVERY matter. This guy walks into a voting booth and votes (D) no matter who. If satan himself was on the ticket running as a Democrat, he’d vote for it.
This is why the average person has no business voting. This whole country is so completely screwed up and it’s not going to get better. Forums like this are just for entertainment. You are never going to change his mind. It’s D>R for this guy and so many others and that’s all that matters to them.

so it's a crime now to be on the same road as a jury bus?

freedom of the press has limits?

a freelancer doing bad can get a whole network banned

what I said is I do not know, it could be he had ill intent, and you're upset because I do not know?

I also do not know if the judge had ill intent when he banned an entire network over one potentially bad freelancer

He (stupidly) admitted the whole thing to the cops. They've got all the proof they need right there in his own statements.

Assuming that's a serious question, the answer is obviously "yes".

it's being investigated, not sure what he admitted or not, or if even a crime

it's like the people that tried to out the whistleblower, was it a crime, I do not know

like I said, it was stupid though

You got it. You can't be on any roads that a jury bus is on. Its a felony and 5 years minimum. All the roads have to be cleared and no one is allowed on the same road.
Nope, they can enter your house if they think they have a story and there isn't thing one you can do about it.

Can you think of any good and valid reason that reporters would be following a jury bus?

They were going in the same direction, it was the main road, and they didn't want to drive on the sidewalk or grass?

The left sides with the wrongdoers; thus, proving this is a political trial.

It is interesting how hard it is to drag some on the left kicking and screaming to face reality.

The reporter’s name is James Morrison and the MSNBC producer is named Irene Byon. Morrison claimed that he was told to follow the vehicle under the supervision of a producer based in New York named Irene Byon according to Schroeder.

this is a public space, open to other media, the judge only banned MSNBC based on this freelancers questionable actions

He was definitely employed by MSNBC. And he was, by his own admission, acting under the direction of another MSNBC employee, Irene Byon. This "freelancer" label is corporate's attempt at PR spin, trying to distance themselves from a mess (of their own making).

You're not responding to my points - you're just sharing your thoughts and beliefs. I am not suggesting that he didn't follow the bus or that he was ordered to do so. But the crowd that screams fake news so often seems to be only too happy to swallow up a negative story about MSNBC when that story is full of the words 'allegedly' and 'supposedly'. Don't you want the facts before jumping to condemnation?

And, NBC Denied that version of events

“Last night, a freelancer received a traffic citation,” an MSNBC spokesperson said. “While the traffic violation took place near the jury van, the freelancer never contacted or intended to contact the jurors during deliberations, and never photographed or intended to photograph them. We regret the incident and will fully cooperate with the authorities on any investigation.”

So, I guess who one believes come down to which agenda that they are trying to push?

Have you seen a member of the jury during this trial? Tell me what they look like. O you haven't? Despite all the reporters and cameras and photographs and live video feed?

Guess why? Because you're not supposed to photograph the jury, you're not supposed to follow the jury around town, you're not supposed to take pictures of the van they're in etc.
    Why? Jury intimidation.
