I did not found the text of document, only vocal confirmations in various meadia of it's existence. Maybe I was just using wrong words in Google, maybe text of that letter is not present on the Internet, only can say that apparently it appears Assad does not denies that this letter took place.

So, if we got any native Arab speaker in the thread, I would love help with that matter.

In other words, you speak of Nazi Germany. Or Austria-Hungary? Only these peoples considered the Russian subhuman. And they planned total destruction. Are you talking about Germans or Austrians?

In addition, your question is incorrect. I understand that you are hanging on "Assad-tyrant", but in Syria no one killed, no robbed Americans or Germans. Just like in Yugoslavia, Libya, Afghanistan ... etc. Try to choose a more correct analog.
"The Night of Long Knives" or "Crystal Night" is also not suitable as an association. Just like the invasion of Czechoslovakia is more like the action of the United States, but not Syria.
Choose the right analog and I'll answer your questions.

You do not need to make an apology. You read a lot of Western media, it's bad for the brain. I understand it. And I forgive you.

Not surprised. The US likes to help the fascists and dictators. Remind me who said "Samosa son of a bitch, but he's our son of a bitch."

You make silly, unfounded accusations in line with what Putin wants Russians and others to think, because of course that damages us and helps him. He'd rather that people not focus on his corruption and his misdeeds, both in Russia and in other countries, and instead tear ourselves apart hating our own politicians and fighting amongst ourselves. That is what he (and you) are ultimately up to here.

Nobody in Russia justifies corrupt politicians. For example, in 2016, according to a report by the Russian Interior Ministry, 25,000 corrupt officials were arrested. Quite the opposite, US politicians justify Russian corrupt politicians. For example. Western media write about the "innocent" Nemtsov. But everyone in Russia knows that this is a thief, a scoundrel, a corrupt politician. For example, in Russia there are arrested Governors, mayors of cities .... even vice-premiers of the government. Are there many arrests of this level in the US? Or do you mean that there is no corruption in the US?

Your information is controlled by the Kremlin.

New Normal in Russia: Putin Critics Punished with Harsh Prison Terms
In the final days of 2015, as the world’s attention was focused on Syria, refugees and terrorism, Russia continued to dramatically ramp up its crackdown on political expression. More people were being arrested, followed by swift trials, guilty verdicts, and steep sentences of multiyear terms in prison. The chill in the Moscow air is palpable.

The year that began with a shocking, high-profile assassination of one of Russia’s most prominent opposition politicians, Boris Nemtsov, has ended with peaceful, mostly young, protesters being sent away to penal colonies.

    ...
    ------

That is Putin's way. Defame, arrest and convict, or outright murder. We don't do this in the US. Any corruption we have pales by comparison to this.

Did you really think posting without quoting me would make me miss to see how pathetic it could get when trying to find something that DOES NOT EXIST at all? Let's cut to the chase:
    1. There is no proof of any "legal consent" gotten by Assad from the people of Syria for any military intervention by a foreign power. Any "legitimate democracy" (like you claimed in one of your earlier posts that Syria was one) would take such vital decision to the people via a very well known democratic procedure called "referandum".

    2. There is no proof of any written invitation of such military intervention signed by Assad which is okaying the Russian military intervention while clearly stating """the terms""" of it.
So we basically got nothing in hand regarding any ""legitimate proof"" of such an invitation but what we do have is, some Russians day dreaming that they could act on behalf of Syrian families (because as you claimed in one of your earlier posts that Syria was a democracy which means that Assad is representing Syrian families and that in turn means Russia is acting on behalf of Syrian families while it acts on behalf of Assad) while freely calling other foreign powers intervening Syria as "illegal invaders" for their only attempt of securing their own people's lives by taking out terrorist threats that neither Russia-US dance couple, nor Syria have attempted to take out as expected from an "ally"!

So, as you can't even provide any proof for Russia's "legitimate presence" in Syria, I expect you to give Turks a proper apology like a gentleman for calling/implying them as "illegal invaders".
    Please proceed sir...

Let's. Assad claims he did request, he is a representative of Sirya, and he never made any accusations of invasion towards RF. Case closed - like it, or not.

...while he called USA troops invaders, and mr. Erdogan openly makes statement that his troops are there to fight against Assad.

Give up - you know this is wrong.

If demanding from the world to work properly is naive - then, evidently, humanity has been naive for sixteen or so millenias. It is in our nature - to expect, demand things to work properly.

I think you guys are discussing senseless things here, I mean the "problem" of official invitations, interventions and governments' permissions. It's clear that so called "international law" is not the same as a normal civil law system which exists in any country even though every one has its own peculiar features. In a normal life a citizen may apply to police, or a court, or some other authority body including enforcement bodies to protect his rights, his security and so on. But in the world we don't have a world government, world enforcement institutions and we don't have world police, world supreme court and so on. There are some international courts, usually under aegis of UN, which are called to solve international conflicts, including issues of war and peace, but these courts also rely only on good will of national governments. The top of this international system is the UN Security Council which must discuss and solve the most important problems. So, when the most of national governments agree on some issue when it looks like a real "international law" but this happens very rarely. If a situation is 50/50 then it doesn't work and both sides have all rights to blame each other at breaking "international law" - exactly like it happens in this thread now. Then both sides turn to various tricks to justify that what they wanna do in the world. Some of these tricks look solid and reasonable, other ones - due to some reasons - may look covered-up and false. Anyway, usually a legitimate justification for foreign military intervention is wether a UN Security Council resolution, or an official application of national government to another country.

For example, Russian forces entered Syria according to official invitation of Syrian government. Even though Syria suffers the vicious civil war for a long time and the government at some point kept control over only about 15% of national territory, this government controlled the capital and the areas where most of population live, it kept active government bodies - the president, the parliament, national army, police, ministries and so on.
Another example is Yemen. Saudi Arabia launched its intervention in Yemen according to request of the president Hadi, who first resigned, then withdrew his resignation, who didn't control the capital of the country, didn't have a government and who finally left for abroad from where he made a request for foreign intervention. Saudi Arabia claims it launched a war on Yemen territory according to request of Yemeni president, but the legitimacy of this president is a big question.

In both cases other national governements may call into question the legitimacy of these interventions, they may claim them illegal and unfair - and this is their lawful right as there is no a joint decision of UNSC. And until there is no any other national government which would want to challenge Saudi Arabia and make them to follow international law (that may be UN and its bodies) there is no a force to put Saudi Arabia into some limits. In Syria, on the other hand, we see that both main powers - Russia and USA - try to observe some certain rules of conduct, they don't attack each over even though they have sometimes contrary goals. Both don't have UNSC resolution and the United States don't have official permission from the current government of Syria but justifies its miliatary actions in sovereign country by its right to fight against terrorism.

Ahaha case closed? Why the rush? I'm still waiting for the proof of the written document that Assad gave Putin which is clearly stating the "proof" of the consent of the Syrian families (a related referendum results or something of that sort) for allowing Russian military intervention to Syria along with the indicated "terms"... Show that proof or apologize like an honorable Russian !

    1) I don't care who said what... You implied Turks were invaders in Syria because they haven't been invited by Assad. Where is the proof of the ""legitimate"" invitation document signed by Assad and given to Russia then ?!?!?!?!?

    2) Assad's claims mean nothing as he's already lost control over more than half of the country's territory which simply is enough to argue his "legitimacy" as a ruling power...

    3) Assad not saying anything bad about the Russian intervention does not mean whatsoever that Russia hasn't invaded Syria. Russia might have ""blackmailed"" him, showed him some stuff about his own family members or himself, or have directly/indirectly """threatened""" him to comply accordingly, or at least showed him """the lesser of two evils""" to oblige him to cooperate with Russian expansionist policies.
We don't know because we do not have any evidence to prove otherwise !!!!!!

That's why I'm asking again: "PUT THE PROOF OF THAT WRITTEN INVITATION DOCUMENT GIVEN TO RUSSIA SIGNED BY ASSAD" here or cut the BS and apologize!

By the way, sorry to upset you but there's nothing to give up from my side, and I'm not going anywhere!

p.s: Even that invitation document was proven exist that wouldn't mean Assad was not threatened by Russia !

You need to read more smart books. You do not have enough education. "Muscovy" - There is no such state in the modern world. But maybe you are developing your brain according to the textbook of the Middle Ages?... I'll tell you a secret - in fact, the earth is round. :roflol:

Ahahaha ... You refer to the Ukrainian edition.
    :roflol:
Everybody knows that Ukrainians do not have a brain. This is their genetic feature.

I live in Russia, but you are trying to tell me what life in Russia is like. And give references to Ukrainian publications....It is amazing.:roflol:
But you did not answer me - how do they fight corruption in the US? Is Clinton already condemned? The Pentagon can not explain where it spent 8 trillion dollars. Who is convicted of corruption and embezzlement? Maybe you'd better look at yourself, but do not judge others?
I told you how in Russia they are fighting corruption. And I showed that even the highest posts do not save from punishment for corruption crimes. Now it's your turn.

Destroyer, that you put Assad into a victim rule and deny that he is a bloody dictator is clear. it is superfluous to discuss with you this point, because wasted time of clashing with your stubborn opinion.

But the general question was and is another one:

If in any country a new Hitler arises power legally by election and then starts the same evil things as Hitler did ... and where no opposition has any chance to throw over the heading bastards ... when is it allowed that another country or more intervene?
