Do you believe we humans have been created or at least are guided?

One thing I have seen in this thread and many others is the theist saying that we atheists cannot understand God or fathom his/her/it's purpose, yet religions do those very things every day.

Argh!!! Don't waste your life he says. Don't waste your life...

Is that anything to say to an anxious young man like myself who doesn't know what to do with his life and who is going back to school for a Certificate, a Certificate, because he wasted the first 10 years of school, getting a 2 year degree, going part time and working?

And who can't afford the expense or the time to go onto a 4 year degree...

I don't mean to put any efforts on you.

Actually I already know about one program.. Thanks to my talk therapist... It's called, I think, ACCESS. It's a program in New York that can get me counselling, advisors, financial support and such for education.

And I qualify for ACCESS because I'm considered disabled from my mental condition.

I just need to build up the nerve to go to their orientation...

If you spent 7 days with me you would be straightened out asap!

What med's you are taking...perpetuate your issues over time.

But you an't just stop taking them without a program.

Oh no, you'd be a hard boss!

Anyway I have an appointment tomorrow with a social worker and they are going to get me into the Psychologist, Nurse practitioner, ect that I need to deal with my meds.

I don't even know why the hospital put me on half the meds they did.

Actually scratch that, what I said in the post above.

I would love to come visit you. But school and doctors visits are filling up my schedule in the near term and you're off on vacation soon...

Besides 7 days of bothering you is completely unacceptable. You know what they say? Visitors like fish stink after 3 days!!

If AboveAlpha gives you a specific invitation go for it Wgabrie!

He would not consider seven days of talking to you to be in any way a waste of his time.

AboveAlpha has learned some of the biggest lessons that this stint in four dimensional space - time can teach us.......... and an astonishingly wise person once stated that at the time of our death's if we have FIVE....... really close friends......… we are extremely blessed indeed!

I am addicted to these discussion forums........ have been since 2003........ and many of the people who I would list in my top twenty friends......… I only know through these groups.

It is kind of astonishing the level of discussion that can be found here.......

Here is an example of two phenomenal replies that I got in the past few days to some of my political campaign writings........

Wgabrie..... AA has his medical lisence! He knows how to write up his recommended treatment schedule for you in a way that keeps you out of trouble! Take him up on his offer! He would not joke about something like this!

    http://www.politicalforum.com/canada/440381-brilliant-analysis-my-2006-campaign-writing.html

A brilliant analysis of my 2006 campaign writing!

This may seem like putting the cart before the horse... .but I just got back such a phenomenally well thought out analysis of my 2006 campaign writing that I am in something of a state of awe here!

OK....... I can see why that would be an issue.... but classes probably end in either April or June.......so you can schedule seven days away from home within months!

AA.... Wgabrie.........… your planning of the next few months of your life.......... not only affect one time line....... but as many as will be created and branched off from the upcoming months and years!

    http://www.politicalforum.com/relig...osophical-implications-multiverse-theory.html

The Philosophical implications of Multiverse Theory?

I have suspected for about fifteen years that that time is not limited to being one straight line but instead branches.

Over in another thread I just received a very specific and pretty amazing explanation for this that is in the language spoken by high level theoretical physicists.

If........ you and I have been thinking seriously about changing our diet, becoming more physically active, well now we have another possible motivator?!

The new and improved version of you and I may well get to live out life over and over and over again many times over nearly infinite time in the future, for each time that a moment within our lifetime is recreated and time is spun off in a new possible direction based on different choices that we are all free to make?!

Yes Dennis, I would like to take AboveAlpha up on his invitation.

As for economics, I don't know anything about it. It wasn't my strong suit. The only thing I remember, from when I took an economics class in college, was that you have a chart with 2 lines for supply and demand. And where the two lines cross that's where you set the price of your item.

Well Dennis, it's only a visit. It's not like we're plotting something with global implications.

I personally AM planning something with global implications!

Wgabrie......… in all the posts that I have read by AboveAlpha...… there are really only a couple of topics that I would presume to vehemently disagree with him on........ one of them is the potential value of the Helen Wambach Ph. D. research.

For the record...… when AA mentioned how unreliable hypnosis can be...… that point is true...… but then again...… time itself may branch so often that while in trance a person may perhaps get impressions from more than one time line that may already have taken place????!

I got some fascinating and impressive back up information on this topic here.....

Corpus callosum in women may have 30% more connections than men!!!!!!

    ..............

I am really really worried about a possible massive devaluation of the USA dollar as shown in visionary dream to a Pastor Shane Warren. I saw this on an episode of Sid Roth.

I am of the opinion that the key to staying away from the devaluation of the dollar.... is for the USA and Canada to maintain a good relationship with the nation of Israel.

Jon Voight is one of the most courageous and outspoken supporters of the nation of Israel who has serious connections in Hollywood......… I am hoping to convince Mr. Voight… and his son in law.... and his daughter........ and several others to become involved in a project that begins partly here in Central - Nova. Mr. Sean Fraser is the M. P. for this area:

Mr. Sean Fraser, I have decided to leave Canada's Liberal Party.

Well Dennis, I don't know if I'd consider getting into the right frame of mind to be a safe activity.

I think it would take a lot more than a simple trance to activate the magic!

And you might have to be at the border of life and death. Dipping towards the death side of things.

All anyone has to know is I am a Good Person at heart.

I have unreal experience and education and knowledge.

Wga...try what I detailed....you need to stop taking ANYTHING WITH A PRENE or ZINE on the end name of the drug.

You guy's might think I am stable...but it takes everything I have to remain so.

If I can do it...so can you!!!

I know you are trying to protect me by using code words for meds, but it's just leaving me confused. Do you want me to go over my medications with you again?

Anyway, if you ever do go crazy here is what's going to happen.

    1. You might spend a few days in an emergency psychiatric unit. Which is basically a waiting area covered with rooms full of stretcher beds. And you stay there, getting little more than meals and sleep, until a hospital psych ward has a bed for you.

    2. Once they have found you a bed, you'll be transported over to the hospital and spend several days (or weeks) going to group activities, and sleeping, and eating while they juggle your meds back and forth until the doctors see an improvement.

Pray you get a visitor who will bring you clothes from the outside. Otherwise you'll be stuck in a hospital gown and socks.

Often times you can't call out. And the number to call in is in a community place like the dining room, and a patient has to get up from their meal and ask the person on the line who they're calling for... And then they'll shout a name. Hopefully that person is in the room, and they do not have to search all over the hospital for them.

Avoid the TV room at all costs. Fights sometimes break out about what to watch and how loud the volume should be.

Your definition of CRAZY and mine differs.

If I ever go CRAZY.....will will go and end a whole lot of lose ends that never should have been allowed to exist.

Now see, with an attitude like that you'd never get out of the psych ward. They always ask if you feel like hurting yourself or others.

Oh is that where you open fire in 360 degrees when everything goes wrong?

And you hurt yourself? Well, now you're going into the twilight zone. I have nothing to say about that.

    Ok?

Well this is somewhat different from the conversation we had, in the past, where you said if something goes wrong everyone within a mile dies.
