Aside from inciting insurrection, you should especially read Vol. II of the Mueller Report and also understand that Michael Cohen went to jail for following Trump's instructions for violating campaign finance laws.

Yes, it was just like a normal tourist day at the Capitol.

The 'news' is never going to tell people about the real 'plot'- to convince congress with a peaceful march of a million people in DC to extend the calling of the election for 10 days (its been done before) to investigate election fraud. I could cite it for you, but it won't be from an 'accredited' source, so why bother?

Its no secret agent provacateurs are sent to such events to instigate a few morons to violence to discredit the entire demonstration. Any leftist thats been politically active for a few decades will undoubtedly know how this precise tactic is commonly used to quash originally peaceful demonstrations, prime example- the 1999 WTO protests ('The battle of Seattle') where mercenaries and actual plain clother Feds dressed up like 'anarchists' and such and starting burning things and attacking people ...if it sounds familiar, thats because it happens all the time, just like it did on Jan 6 in DC. But when it comes to Trump, the only agenda some people can understand is ORANGE MAN BAD.

I love tours, I get to threaten the lives of all the employees, fight with the guards (and even kill some of them) rampage through the halls and ransack the offices. The best part is where I smear my **** on the walls. It's great.

Where's your evidence he incited an insurrection?

Also, Russian collusion? I didn't think anyone believes that conspiracy theory. Cohen, he's in charge of his own actions.

    *LOL*

It's not "my evidence". I don't have to prove to you what's obvious to anyone casually familiar with what that POS did. If he did it right in front of you (which he practically did on TV) you'd still be making excuses for him.

    https://slate.com/news-and-politics...attack-impeachment-evidence-insurrection.html

    https://www.motherjones.com/politic...n-siege-trump-incitement-fbi-charges-rioters/

According to our investigation, of the 194 federal criminal cases brought against insurrectionists so far, at least 13 people charged cited Trump explicitly as the reason they marched on the Capitol. At least three suspects who said Trump compelled them to join the siege were seen in video footage amid violent altercations: One who allegedly struck a police officer with a fire extinguisher, another who allegedly struck an officer with a baseball bat, and another who was among a group breaching the speaker’s lobby doors just before one pro-Trump rioter was fatally shot by a police officer. Among those charged in the insurrection to date are at least five members of the neofascist Proud Boys, whose Long Island chapter announced on social media in December that Trump had given them “the green light” for January 6.

As to whoring himself out to Russia, there's a lot of evidence that he did that. It's funny how conspiracy theorists are the ones who don't believe it, but haven't read the Mueller Report or the Senate Intelligence committee report.

    https://www.rferl.org/a/trump-denie...ia-s-2016-election-interference/30791301.html

The fifth and final report by the Republican-led committee also found that Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the hack into the Democratic Party and the leak of information to damage Hillary Clinton and her presidential campaign against Trump.

The Senate panel called the 1,300-page report “the most comprehensive description to date of Russia's activities and the threat they posed,” describing Russia as engaged in an “aggressive, multifaceted effort to influence, or attempt to influence, the outcome of the 2016 presidential election.”

Moscow's intent was to harm the Clinton campaign, tarnish an expected Clinton presidential administration, help the Trump campaign after Trump became the presumptive Republican nominee, and undermine the U.S. democratic process.”
-- Senate report on 2016 election
The bipartisan investigation lasted almost 3 1/2 years.

“Moscow's intent was to harm the Clinton campaign, tarnish an expected Clinton presidential administration, help the Trump campaign after Trump became the presumptive Republican nominee, and undermine the U.S. democratic process,” the report stated.

It also found that WikiLeaks played a key role in Russia's effort to influence the election to help Trump, and that the website “very likely knew” it was assisting a Russian influence effort, the committee’s report said.

While Russia’s GRU military intelligence and WikiLeaks released hacked Democratic Party documents, the report found the Trump campaign sought to use the WikiLeaks hacks to aid the campaign.

The panel does not reach a conclusion about whether there is enough evidence that Trump’s campaign coordinated or colluded with Russia, leaving that open to interpretation by Republicans and Democrats.

A group of Republicans on the panel submitted “additional views,” saying that it should state more explicitly that Trump’s campaign did not coordinate with Russia. But Democrats on the panel submitted their own views, arguing that the report clearly shows such cooperation.

    -----------------

The Senate panel lays out close contacts between Trump associates and the Russians, describing in particular Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort’s connections to Russia and Russia-aligned oligarchs in Ukraine.

The report notes how for years Manafort worked closely with Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska and Konstantin Kilimnik, a Russian whom the FBI suspects has ties to Russian intelligence. The panel unequivocally states Kilimnik was a Russian intelligence officer and that Deripaska coordinated with the Russian government to conduct influence operations abroad.

“Taken as a whole, Manafort's high-level access and willingness to share information with individuals closely affiliated with the Russian intelligence services, particularly Kilimnik and associates of Oleg Deripaska, represented a grave counterintelligence threat,” the panel said.

Manafort was sentenced in March 2019 to more than seven years in prison after being convicted on bank- and tax-fraud charges and charges stemming from his work for Ukrainian politicians. The convictions did not deal directly with questions of possible Russian interference in the election.

Michael Cohen paid off two women Trump had sex/affairs with for fun? He just did that for shits and grins? For his own benefit?

That's just silly. He did it on Trump's orders, for Trump's benefit.

I'm not into copy and paste rubbish.

Where is your evidence Trump incited an insurrection?

I am British living in North England. I've watched Trump's speech, several times, that he made before the protest march.

I ask you yet again, you claim Trump incited an insurrection, so where is your evidence?

You made the statement/accusation, so where is your evidence?

Laugh as much as you want, but a mature answer this time would be good

No, because the problem is not with Trump but with Americans. Almost 50% blindly trust Trump and not the democratic institutions. These Americans will follow any Trump order. They broke into the Capitol and almost hang Mike Pence because the Crying Baby lost 2020 election. If Trump will be sentenced, these gullible idiots can start a civil war.

Well never mind that he didn't direct anyone to do anything but let's say if he did want to steal the election he could do like Democrats try to do to him and get faithless electors to steal it for him.

How quickly the hypocrites forget the past

~ Many people on Capitola Hill should go to prison. Trump should get his own BitCoin.
