Should Donald Trump go to prison for what he did on the 6th of January 2021?

There is a special congressional investigative committee that is currently making significant progress in exposing the role that the Cry Baby Loser played in the Trump goons' attack on the U.S. Congress, despite a concerted attempt to hide the truth by those who were intimately involved.

After initial ludicrous attempts to claim that the assault in which 140 police were injured was just a typical touristy day at the Capitol, and the pathetic pretense that it was "antifa" that was responsible for the attack on our democratic process fizzled, it has been exposed that even the ideological media entertainers that flail their pompoms for the Loser and later tried to dismiss the seriousness of the national desecration were frantic at the time - as were members of the Loser's own family and members of congress - that the Loser stop pleasuring himself be watching it on tv for hours, and call off his goons:

Biden got 13 US Soldiers killed at the Kabul airport.
Trump made us energy-independent.

Biden indoctrinates our kids with racist "Critical Race theory"

Biden has done nothing to support the police as our cities experience tremendous growth in murder and violence.

Biden is causing outrageous inflation.

There was no “supply chain” disaster under Trump as there is under Biden.

Gas was about a buck and a half cheaper under Trump.

People weren’t being banned from social media for speaking their minds under Trump.

Parents counted under Trump. Under Biden (and you, by the way)… they don’t.

So when all is said and done... I couldn't care less who (or even WHAT he makes love to) or what he SAYS... He ACTS and my whole family is better for it.

Well, if everyone spent more time looking out for their own, they wouldnt be sticking their hands in everyone else's pockets. I for one am very proud of the fact that got a good education, had a successful career, raised a family, have a nice home and EARNED IT ALL MYSELF. If everyone did that we wouldn't have sall the welfare bums and illegals who get $450K for entering the country illegally.

I'm all for helping folks that are really in need... physically, mentally or emotionally... but the freeriders have got to go.

I don't think he was SERIOUSLY planning it out in advance. I think his particular pathology, his narcissism, made him pressure the people around him to try something like this and I think he himself became caught up in it as things developed.

I can't see him as criminally liable here, not to the extent of deserving jail time. He's an old man, there's no reason to rob him of his final years.

OTOH he IS liable for the crime itself to the extent that he DID commit it. He saw what was happening and he went along to see how far it might go.

That means he must NEVER serve in any Office in the USA ever again. Period. End of Story. He has shot his bolt and turned against the people and Institutions he swore to protect. He simply CANNOT be trusted any more
