If the VERY PEOPLE WHO CLAIM TO BE CONCERNED, aren't even worried enough to give up their little sins, then we can safely conclude there isn't really a problem. Either that or they're selfish, lazy, children .. demanding that Govt 'make them' behave. Or better yet, demand that someone else fix it so they don't have to. Which is it?

Depends on the person.

I have friends who think the cause is hopeless and gave up.

Some folks don't care because they'll be dead before it gets really bad. Some folks are convinced climate change is a "hoax." Some folks are too dumb to figure things out.

True, and as you pointed out in the OP, shamelessly exploiting a mentally disabled child hasn't been a particularly effective marketing strategy for Climate Commies.

Evidently, they don't realize that the message they're sending is that the "crisis" they're peddling is for retards, proving once again that introspection and self-awareness aren't "progressive" traits.

 

I also find it interesting that they claim many on the right are science deniers while they deny the science presented by 1200 scientists who are experts in the field. So, who are the science deniers?

Her education appears to consist of little or nothing of any consequence but attendance at a school called "Franska Skolan" (English: French School), which is a private school located in Stockholm, Sweden.

Not bad at all for 19 year-old with no formal education, but who has written a book, led protests, held rallies, etc. -- and all while never holding a 'regular' job. She has appeared to have instead mastered a kind of trendy "Pied Piper" act, and it is paying off nicely for her!

 

So i guess the answer to the question is "quite a bit".

 

Yes, indeed! Most uneducated Gen-Z people with no job just sit around and bitch about everything -- including what they believe is wrong with 'the climate', while proclaiming loudly that it is all the fault of mankind.

Greta Thunberg, however, has made a personal 'cottage-industry' and cult personality out of herself -- and now she's become a millionaire! You've got to take your hat off to someone as enterprising as that!

 

Yea, she is certainly ahead of where people like Ben Shapiro was at her age.

 

I didn't recognize the name, so I looked it up. Now I realize that he's that odd fellow you hear on radio with that rapid-fire, monotone delivery (which I honestly don't care much for, being more of a William F. Buckley, Jr. fan myself). Anyway, Shapiro's sort of the polar opposite of Thunberg, but, as a 38 year-old Millennial, his net worth is supposed to be $48 million bucks.... Oy Gevalt!
