    Good post except for the fact that a fetus has no rights, it does have protection a, and only protection, after 23 weeks ….

    That's why they more often inject the baby with poison right before it's about to come out, so it won't be "born alive".
    Somehow that is viewed as more moral.

    It is illegal, has been illegal, and will be illegal to kill a new born baby.
    Stupid law the R's tried to put through. A law that is already covered by the law. Nothing but grandstanding by the Rs.

    Medicare is Single Payer health INSURANCE!

    That is actually NOT how the RvW ruling goes.

    For the entire period that the fetus is within the uterus it has NO RIGHTS WHATSOEVER!

    In the 2nd trimester the States are granted LIMITED RIGHTS to REGULATE abortions but cannot ban them.

    In the 3rd trimester the States are granted the right to ban abortions WITH THE EXCEPTION of always ALLOWING a 3rd trimester abortion if the LIFE and/or HEALTH of the pregnant woman is THREATENED by the pregnancy.

    Rights apply only to those who are born.

    Some people name their partner's genitalia so should we give a penis rights? A woman is feeding her fetus thru her umbilical cord but who cares how she chooses to express this biological fact? Because it is not up to a stranger to make the choice of destroying the fetus of another. :wall:

    Medicare overhead is LESS than 3% compared to the 20% overhead of the greedy PRIVATE health insurers.
