I don't expect you to understand the concept of minding your own business. Not surprising considering the source.

It does NOT kill a "baby".

According to your logic why do banks call the local cops during a robbery when its a federal crime?

NO, there is a law against that, the Hyde Amendment….and PP has NEVER been shown to be in violation of it...

Yes, but I also mean as in being on birth control and having it fail. A woman on birth control clearly is not wanting a baby and is not consenting to being pregnant.

That person is also informed of the risks of birth control beforehand.

If she really, really meant it, perhaps she should choose a form of birth control that is fail proof.

The chances of getting pregnant from any single act of intercourse are so tiny (even more so if the person is on birth control) that knowing about the chance cannot be seen as consent for it to occur.

There is no such thing as fail proof birth control.

The difference is I dont go to the foreigners topics and lecture them about their own miserable countries

But foreigners like Bowerbird routinely poke their nose into American topics where they do not belong

And for the mods let me say that I am not and cannot prevent anyone from posting here

But you cant make me debate them if I dont want to

that is true. But they do accept federal funding for Medicaid, so that requires them to pay.

Yes. No state would ever refuse the federal Medicaid dollars so it is a moot point

The chance is known and implied consent to the possibility of getting pregnant, regardless of the minuteness of the chance.
    Sure there is.

So similarly if you know that there is very small chance of getting hit by a drunk driver any time you get in your car on a Saturday, that means you are consenting to getting hit by a drunk driver, yes? Even if you take every precaution that is reasonable to prevent it, you are still consenting?

There is no fail proof form of birth control. All forms of birth control have failure rates.

If you are trying to be cute and claim abstinence is a form of birth control (it isn’t), you should know by now that statistically it has a failure rate on par with using no birth control at all.

Aah! So you KNOW that there is a chance of getting prego if a woman has sex, I see.

Yes. You give implied consent when you subject yourself to the dangers of the roads and highways.
Having a viable vagina and not allowing a viable penis in or anywhere near it has always worked.

    Always.
