Did he? Are you sure? I'm not. And while yes, we know who the yes votes were, there is a more pragmatic perspective that says, just not yet. Or not this case. You just may have to get some popcorn and have a squat, this isn't over yet.

I don't recall seeing Roberts or Kavanaugh discussing why they did not want to hear the appeal.
That being the case, I suspect the leftists who believe this is some sort of victory for them will find themselves disappointed.

And, by the same token, the life inside her is still a human life.

    That's something you lib/progs don't give a **** about.

If Kansas and Louisiana are so concerned about “baby killing” they can pull out of Medicare entirely. Planned Parenthood already can’t spend federal funds on abortion services.

No human life gives any person the right to use the body of another person against that person’s will.

Maybe someone should have thought about that first before they put it in there, eh?

What did they expect would be put in there?

    A free toaster???

So you are suggesting that every pregnant woman deliberately made themselves pregnant?

Even if they did, they still have body autonomy. They have the right to deny consent to another person’s use of their body.

Soooooo.... if you let someone in your house and knew they would be there for about nine months, you have the right to use lethal force to remove them you want them to leave some time before the nine months that you said that they could be there?

A house and a person’s body are not the same thing.

Should the government be able to imprison you if you do not let me use your blood or organs to save my life?

which does not have the right to be inside another human body, without their permission.

I already corrected you on this. I'm not a lib/prog. I'm just explaining how rights work to you.

The "right" (Amendment) the libs are using to allow abortion does cover both equally.

    Read it.
Again, one should think about that before they put them and the baby in that sort of "arraignment".

because states don't have to enforce federal law. That's federal law enforcements job.

never said it didn't. What I correctly pointed out, is that the government doesn't fund baby killing. Nor do they fund abortion.

No it isn't, as medicare isn't a federal law enforcement issue.

Immigration is the sole jurisdiction of the federal government. States are not required, nor can they be, to enforce immigration law.

Except with sanctuary cities, the federal government is demanding states/local government pay for something that the federal government isn’t paying for.

Kind of hilarious how righties bring in here topics about other countries here to discuss. Hypocrisy.

Bringing up a topic and choosing to discuss a topic or not are two different things.

But I don't expect you and your ilk to understand such a simple concept.

    TRUE!

And the opposition don't think women's rights are as important as men's rights....somehow they see women's rights as dispensable….
