state dollars, for a federal program. They can't withhold the funds. It's why they lost

Except that pregnancy impacts the health of the mother and women need access to abortion as a potential health care measure. You can't deny women their human rights in a misguided effort to protect a fetus, especially since the result could be death or other serious harm to one or both parties.

This is the flip side of santuary cities shielding illegal aliens from from federal enforcement

Liberals should not be allowed to have it both ways but can as long as demigods in black robes overstep their authority

Oddly enough the legislatures and judiciaries of the United States didn't for 170 years, or so.

Sanctuary cities don't do that. They just don't permit state funds to enforce federal law.

don't confuse your ignorance of constitutional law, with the judiciary overstepping their authority.

It is a serious attack. But it is not wrong to make such an attack.

Is it really the will of the people or is it just the desire of some very badly informed peopl?

They do and one of the arguments liberals used is that trump was forcing local jails to house illegal alien criminals at local expense till ICE got there to pick them up

The unelected bullies in black robes are forcing the states to fund a federal program against their will

no they didn't. It's always been there. there is no mechanism for the judiciary to write legislation.

To put it another way, it is not justified and not worth taking seiously without substantiation.

they don't, and trump can't force them to do that. States do not have to enforce federal laws, nor can state funds be forced to be used to enforce federal laws.

Sometimes you can't always get what you want. There are states that don't want to do a whole host of things. But, they are required to via the supremacy clause.

    Why?

Is it "moral" to delay needed medical intervention? Is it "moral" to decry women seeking abortion whilst lauding the predation by some men? Is it "moral" to condone people like Dirty Donald whilst condemning the women he preyed on?

Unreasonable people who place misguided principles before the well-being of certain people who are not themselves.

I don't think he is a Lib. Kavanaugh is a constitutionalist and I have no fear of him supporting what it stands for. Some things are better left alone on at this point in time.

No, they simply recognized that a right to privacy is a fundamental right. The 9th amendment is clear that the enumerated rights are not all the rights we have

How is refusing to hear the appeal the correct decision?

Huh? The fourth specifically states that Daddy G can't look at my private things without just cause. Not sure what you mean.

The appeal in question had nothing to do with RvW - how can denying this appeal tell you this?
