    It's not right to claim that they are "out of control" or "legislating from the bench" just because you don't like the outcome. The anti-abortion crowd want abortion stopped, period. They don't care how it is done as long as it is done.

    And it doesn't even affect them personally. Strange people.

    Aren't you one of the posters squawking that Kavanaugh was pro life and going to immediately overturn Roe v.Wade and he should have been crucified for all his attacks on womankind?

    What is wrong about those claims? Not liking the outcomes seems like a valid motivation for claiming that they are out of control.

    I am not claiming they are out of control, I just claim that disagreeing with the judiciaries decisions and believing they are out of control because of those decisions is a valid reason to attack the judiciary.

    You don't have to be religious to be against abortion.

    Just being of good moral character qualifies one to decide for oneself to be against abortion.

    Hm. Since Jr High Civics, I understood, " to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures," to be an implied right to privacy.

    but they didn't. states can't defund a congressionally appropriated spending amount.

    And just an FYI, courts are incapable of legislating. There is no mechanism for it. Legislation can only be written by congress. All the courts do, is determine if that legislation is constitutional, if a case is brought before them.

    SCOTUS did, however, declare that private, for-profit business interests are included in eminent domain. Truly horrid decision designed to further entrench the oligarchy.

    And a fence between you and your neighbor is where many of your rights end and the rights of your neighbor begin.

    Same thing as where the right to privacy of your own body ends when the rights of the body within your body begins.
