Explain how more whites live in poverty here in the USA than they do in South Africa.

 

So keeping 80% of the job market away from whites, due to racist affirmative action policies, is not responsible for poverty? I wonder if you'd have the same view if we did that to blacks here in this country?

 

The reason it seems like "white supremacy" is because the nation was founded on principles, laws, and traditions mainly derived from Western Europe. Whites are responsible for the creation of Western culture. Not blacks, not Hispanics, not Asians. White people. The Founding Fathers that you routinely cite all believed in an ideology found on the philosophy and culture of previous generations of white people. To remove anything that someone like you would refer to as "white supremacy", we would need to remove all traces of Western civilization from the country, and that would benefit nobody.

And, of course, you have absolutely zero evidence that replacing "white supremacy" will create any sense of equality. If we gain a Hispanic majority at some point, we will see "Hispanic supremacy", and I suspect people like you won't say a word about it. See, it's safe and comfortable complaining about those evil white people, while you spent your entire life taking advantage of growing up in a white society. Go to a majority black or Hispanic country and start complaining about their history of supremacism. Let's see if they take you seriously.

White poverty in South Africa is because those specific whites are alcoholics with no work ethic or education. They are essentially on the lowest rung of society because they belong there. They are so pathetic they don't even try to ensure that their own children get an education so that they can rise out of poverty. No one wants to hire a drunk who turns up late and can't do their job irrespective of their race, and yes that includes poor whites.

 

Maybe it's because they are an oppressed minority in that country now? That's certainly the excuse people like you use to explain away the dysfunctions that occur in minority communities in the US and the West. I don't recall the last time you ever blamed "pathetic" drunk minorities for their poverty, saying they belong there. Why the double standard?

The Apartheid regime oppressed the entire black population of South Africa.

The Jim Crow laws oppressed the black population of the southern states.

Whites are NOT being oppressed in South Africa and you have yet to produce a single shred of credible evidence supporting that bogus allegation. Your own link established that whites in South Africa generally maintain a better standard of living than blacks. That is not being "oppressed" except in the minds of those who don't know what the term actually means.

 

They are oppressed because the overwhelming majority of jobs are not available to them, and they have to compete for the remaining 20%. This is done at a national level by the Government. If we did that to blacks in this country, you'd be screaming about oppression.
