    Democrats incite protests all the time. Why can't Trump? It is disgusting that Democrats questioned 2016 election results for four years. So, why can't Trump do it for one year?

    So why can summer long rioters try to overrun a federal court, take over swaths of territory from the US and turn them into lawless zones, and yet not one Congressional investigation into attacks on our democracy? Why no Congressional investigations into those inciting those rioters? Why no Congressional investigations into the wall of moms for providing cover while the rioters tried to attack our Democracy? Why no Congressional investigations into local leaders for refusing National Guard help to protect our democracy?

    Bringing in National Guard was Trump's stunt designed to get publicity for his useless, lying butt. Letting the police do their job would have shown the perps they can't win.

    No, not better than Biden who is not the best. Trump's effort to overturn the election result makes him unfit for office.

    There are a lot of independents who will never vote for Trump. Find someone else.

    Trump was inciting them to stop Congress from certifying the election. There was no justification for what he asked them to do. None.

    Trump lost the election, fair and square. "Stop the Steal" is Trump's Big Lie.

    As I wrote in this thread, Bernie Sanders has egged on his supporters with antidemocratic rhetoric. He may not be as directly responsible as Trump for violent, illegal actions, but he is responsible nonetheless.

    Trump incited a mob to riot. Democrats did not do that.

    Should Trump have been investigated for his Russian connections? Sure, why not? What should not have happened is the endless public hearings. Let the authorities investigate and report when they're done.

    We need action, not investigations.

    "Swaths of territory?" Hardly, But the perps should not have been allowed to take over a square inch of anything.

    We didn't need the National Guard, just pols who were prepared to let police keep order.

    But the left wanted to defund the police. Rioters were allowed to riot because the police were ordered not to hurt anyone. In other words, Democratic politicians incited the rioters. So, now you are saying that we don't need Jan 6th investigations?

    Yes this has come to light.... Ray Epps has been or several videos inciting the rioters.... One of the first videos the Jan. 6 committee played was this clown show

    It seems his picture and name disappeared off of the Capitol Violence Most Wanted List on July 1.... and he has never been arrested.

    I see a few flags and posters that have the word Trump on them in some of the photos, but nobody that are known Trump cultists or supporters. There were hundreds if not thousands of real Trump supporters in the vicinity of the Capitol on Jan 6 but most of them were carrying cell phones taking pictures and videos, many were singing and talking, some even carried Trump banners, all wondering what the hell was going on.
