The truth about 'human shields'. MOD ALERT

I am in the process of studying that UN Report. Paragraph by Paragraph I am closely reading it and taking it apart. It is quiet amazing how much is in that report. The substantive part of the report begins on pg 5. I read about racist laws of Israel which facilitate the abuses against the child in Israel and the OPT (another point clarified in the report, the condition of the child is being addressed in Israel and Occupied Palestine that includes East Jerusalem and the West Bank and the Gaza Strip and the Occupied Syrian Golan Heights which includes Sheeba Farms)The Committee points out that Israels Basic Laws do not prohibit discrimination. The Committee urges Israel to add an anti discrimination clause to the Basic Laws. The Committee goes on to address numerous discriminatory laws. They reference another UN Report that identifies these specific Racist laws in Israel. It is another UN Report, by The Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, CERD/C/ISR/CO/ 14-16 paras. 11, 15, 16, 18, 27, 2012. The Committee states that these numerous discriminatory laws "affect primarily Palestinian children in all aspects of their life but also Arab Israeli, Bedouins, and Ethiopian children as well as children of migrant workers and asylum seekers." The report is super biased and therefore garbage. Doubt if a single accusation is true. People are gullible... this report proves that.

 

Its only backed up by 10 years of reports by NGOs, human rights groups and other UN organizations confirming and documenting myraid abuses against nonJewish children in Israel and Palestine from 2002 to 2012. You can pull up that other UN Report and find references to specific racist laws Israel has adopted.

Indeed! No matter that the goings on in Palestinian territory are completely unknown to some it's always good to get one sided anti Israel info as we sure don't have enough of it here now.

Indeed. Nothing wrong with Hamas using children as human shields or suicide bombers at all huh. Israel is bad and we must never lose sight of that, even when others are worse.

 

Goldstone made it clear that both the IOF and Hamas used Palestinians as human shields, so yes, of course your point has validity.Two wrongs do not make a wrong right.

 

My point was that some prefer to hide their head in the sand rather than admit Hamas actually kills children deliberately and, as a matter of state policy uses human shields. They call this fact something that has 'no merit.'

Why am I not surprised by this comment? The bias, honey, is with you-that much is obvious. You dismiss the report(s) as garbage. I'd be interested to know why. I'm delighted that someone took the trouble to educate you on Middle East affairs; seems it's been a waste of their time.

If this is true, then please provide us all with links to the most noteable and credible reports. Ones that contain actual evidence, not just unsubstantiated accusations by motivated testosterone laden "yutes".

It'll be dismissed as 'garbage' and accused of bias. Naturally those dismissing it won't have got beyond the bit that says "United Nations" because that organisation routinely condemns Israel for its illegal activities, and therefore must, by default, be dominated by Israel-haters. No further comment is necessary; that, in their closed little minds, is sufficient.
