The document of UNSCOP didnt talk about the document of the Mandate, and even didnt mention even once the document of the Mandate in the document of UNSCOP that you presented.
The document of UNSCOP only talked about that they cenceled a commission of the UN.

As I already said, the Kohene gene is a gene that you can find in Jews, like Prof. Oppenheim said in the video I provided here that explained about the international research that was conducted in Israel several years ago, and thus if this gene can be found in Jews, then everyone who has it, has a connection to Judaism.

so you have no clue what you're talking about.

the so-called "Kohain haplotype" is found in many people who are NOT Jews and never were Jews.

whoever told that you that ONLY Jews have and ONLY people descended from Jews have it, lied to you.

UNSCOP was the commission created to handle the Mandate.

when UNSCOP was concluded and no new adminstrator for the Mandate was named, the Mandate ended.

    everyone knows this.

Following the discovery of the very high prevalence of 6/6 CMH matches amongst Cohens, others were quick to look for it, and often to see it as a signpost for possible Jewish ancestry, though the chromosome itself is not exclusive to Jews.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Y-chromosomal_Aaron#Responses

One source of early confusion was a widespread popular notion that only Cohens or only Jews could have the Cohen Modal Haplotype. It is now clear that this is not the case. The Cohen Modal Haplotype (CMH), while frequent amongst Cohens, also appears in the general populations of haplogroups J1 and J2 with no particular link to the Cohen ancestry. These haplogroups occur widely throughout the Middle East and beyond.[10][11] Thus, while many Cohens have haplotypes close to the CMH, a greater number of such haplotypes worldwide belong to people with no likely Cohen connection at all.

Individuals with at least 5/6 matches for the original 6 marker Cohen Modal Haplotype occur widely across the Middle East, with significant frequencies in various Arab populations mainly with J1 Haplogroup, "that are not traditionally considered admixed with mainstream Jewish populations" – notably Yemen (34.2%), Oman (22.8%), Negev (21.9%), and Iraq (19.2%); and amongst Muslim Kurds (22.1%), Bedouins (21.9%), and Armenians (12.7%).

"The document of the Mandate hsant over not cencelled. The British Mandate indeed over, but not the document (there is a difference). And since the document of the Mandate didnt over in 1948, then it hasnt been concluded, and thus Article 80 of the UN Charter is still refer to it according to Article 77 that article 80 refers to. "
The mandate is over so therefore the mandate document is dead to once something ends everything associated with it ends. Article 80 says once mandate agreement is concluded article 80 doesn't apply anymore the mandate concluded in May 1948 therefore article 80 doesn't apply, again use basic logic.
"And since the Brits "fixed them" when they gave part of "Palestine" to the Hashemite family. Which means that whatever was left from "Palestine" was for the Jewish national homeland, since the Brits didnt "fix" that territory and whenever they tried to, they didnt succeded- like the UN. Hence, what ever was left from "Palestine" is for the Jewish national homeland."
No it doesn't mandate promises a Jewish home in Palestine, not all of Palestine which the state of Israel is thus it fits borders and goal described in mandate document.
"The responsibility over the document of the Mandate was indeed transfered to the UN, when the Brits transfered it in the summer of 1947. "
"So now the responsibility over the document of the Mandate did trasfer to the UN? earlier you wrote that it didnt happen."
Right, the British Mandate did terminated the British Mandate, but didnt terminated the document of the Mandate, since the Brits themsevles in Article 5 ( as you showed here) transfered the responsibility over the document of the Mandate to the UN, which makes your claims that "the Brits terminated the document of the Mandate" not valid, since the document of the Mandate wasnt in their hands anymore."
The document of UNSCOP is not referring in any lane to the document of the Mandate, but only refers to a commission of the UN that it reliefs the rosponsibility of this commission. Not a single word about the document of the Mandate.
Moreover, the document you provided here, referred to a resolution 181 that was agreed upon in the UNGA. But since this resolution was never been implemented, then there was no reason to terminate the Mandate."
If resolution 181 did been implemented, then I would have agree with you that the document of the Mandate has over, but since it never happened, then the document of the Madnate is still valid."

The document has not been transferred to the UN, no where does it say that, that's you adding your opinion. Do you know English? I never said the document of mandate was transferred over to the UN I said the British referred the problem of the mandate to the UN so they could recommend a solution to the problem after failing to come up with a way to grant independence to Palestine that was acceptable to Jewish and Arab(these attempts are described before chapter of British announcement of end of mandate and are referenced in chapter 5 when it says after failure of these discussions the problem was referred to UN to recommend solution) population living there. I agree UNSCOP document cited by Ronstar doesn't mention mandate document. Like you said it only refers to UNSCOP commission dissolving since there was no more need for it as the mandate just ended when document was written and a Jewish state proclamation fulfilling mandate. UNGA 181 has no legal relevance as it's a general assembly resolution. The British gave their reason to terminate the mandate, they stated that would not enforce any solution that both sides didn't agree to they also were losing their soldiers due to being in the crossfires of a raging intercommuncal civil war.

40.6% of the population would be Arab if Israel annexed West Bank not 34%. The Israeli Arab number is from Israeli census here
"Israel’s population on the eve of 2015 stands at 8.3 million.
Some 6.2 million of that population are Jewish and 1.7 million are Arabs as 2014 comes to a close, Israel’s Central Bureau of Statistics reported Monday.
The population’s percentage breakdown is 74.9 percent Jewish, 20.7 percent Arab and 4.3 percent others, including Christians and people who do not identify with any religion or nationality."
Druze which number 134,000 are counted as Israeli Arab. Let's say we don't include them since Druzes are conscripted into the army and most Druzes except for most of those that reside in Golan Heights(they view themselves as Syrian part of their religion is to be patriotic to the country that they reside in with most of them loyal to Assad since they were residents of Golan Heights when it was Syrian) view themselves as Israeli first. That would mean 39.47% 4.342 million Israeli Arab(8.3 million times 20.7%-134,000+2.758 millon(population of west bank)/11 million(new population of Israel if they annexed West Bank), 3.2% 356,000 other(8.3 million times 4.3%=356,900/11 million) 0.01% 134,000 Druze(134,000/11 millon), 6.305 million 57.32%(100-39.47%-3.2%-0.01%=57.32%*11 millon) Jewish.

Exactly my point before, you are reading from an Israeli newspaper on an Israeli investigation and you still treat it as if Israel tried to hide it or ignore the complaints like you accuse it in the family murder,
Anti-sematism is a hate crime toward Jews in particilar discriminating them from others, you dont hate Jews I know, you only hate the Jews that exercise their rights, you dont hate 14 Million Jews around the world- that's bad bad bad, you only hate the 7 Million that live in Israel and you are a champion of good and freedom, go ahead and deny you hate Israelis.

The Israeli "investigation" is, like all their investigations of war crimes and crimes against humanity, bogus. This is testified to by the fact that there is never any prosecutions of IDF who perpetrate crimes against Palestinians. This is what Israelis call exercising their rights to occupy other people's land and keep them under brutal suppression. Not all Israelis are criminals by any means; more than 20% are Arabs and they do not join the IDF.

Small correction I said in previous post if Israel annexed West Bank Druze would be 0.01% of population it would be 1.2%, However population of 4.342 million Israeli Arab not including Druze(8.3 million times 20.7%-134,000+2.758 millon(population of west bank)/11 million(new population of Israel if they annexed West Bank) would be the same.

I know what I'm talking about because I read the document that you provided.

    As I already said:

The cencelation of this commission was Conditioned in the fulfillment of Resolution 181 (after all it was said there:
which means that resolution 181 was needed to be fulfill so the commission to be relieved from their responsibility, but since resolution 181 was never accepted by the Arabs and thus never been fulfilled, then your claims are not valid.

so, as expected, you completely ignored the article I posted showing that its a total misconception that only Jews possess this haplotype.

why did you do that? was it a mistake?

here, I shall post again, incase you overlooked it.

Following the discovery of the very high prevalence of 6/6 CMH matches amongst Cohens, others were quick to look for it, and often to see it as a signpost for possible Jewish ancestry, though the chromosome itself is not exclusive to Jews.

But since the UN never cencelled the document of the Mandate, then the document of the Mandate is still valid, and hence Article 80 is still applicable on it.

Right, and if Israel will annex all of the West Bank to her, then still it will not be all of "Palestine", since all of "Palestine" also include Jordan. So you can relax.

It's not adding an opinion, but it is what happened in summer 1947, when the Brits decided to transfer the responsibility over the focument of the Mandate back to the UN. This is an historical fact.

The cencelation of this commission was Conditioned in the exitance of Resolution 181. After all it was said there:
which means that resolution 181 was needed to be fulfill so the commission to be relieved from their responsibility, but since resolution 181 was never accepted by the Arabs and thus never been fulfilled, then your claims are not valid.

You failed to mention as well all the Crypto-Jews that live today among the Arab population in the West Bank. If Israel will be annexing all of the West Bank one day, all these Crypto-Jews will come back to Judaism. (they already said that) Hence, the number of the Arabs will be much lower.

BTW- do you know that you have alot of Arabs that serve in the Army? So if we will follow your logic, then also all those Arabs needs not to be referred part of the Arab population like you did with the Druze when you said:

you need to cease making this false argument.

there are no crypto-Jews in the West Bank.

certainly not a large number of them.

when you make this claim, without any real evidence, your arguments look very silly and unworthy of consideration.

If you want me to reply to your post, you need to qoute me, and since you didnt qoute me when you first posted it, then I didnt know to whom you replied.

    BTW- your link doesnt work.

    - - - Updated - - -

There are Crypto-Jews and I posted the evidences here- if it is current buildings that today exist in the West Bank that you can see in
"Arab villages" houses with Magen David", and if it is a research that was made for that subject that shows the connection.

the info in this link proves that the so-called Cohain haplotype, also known as J-M267, is common amoung peoples who are not Jews and never were Jews.

as you can see, the gene is common amoung many peoples who are not Jews nor were they ever Jews.

a Youtube video is not a genetic study.

now, name the genetic study or genetic scientist who is claiming that every person on Earth who possesses the J-M267 haplotype is a Jew or is descended from Jews.

You can find the name of the scientist in the video. (I already wrote the name of the scientist several of times as well.)
As I already wrote to you:
In the inernational study led by Prof. Oppenhaim was found that the Arab are geneticaly close to the Ashkenazi Jews. In the study they found that alot of Arabs are carrying the gene of the Jewish preists.

This geneticist doesn't know what the hell she is talking about. Many peoples in the Middle East, North Africa, and southeastern Europe possess haplotype J-M267. It doesn't mean they are all descended from Jewish converts to Islam or Christianity, and it doesn't mean they are all descended from Aaron. It means that there is a common gene within the region, that many Ashkenazi/Sephardic Jews also possess, due to their Middle Eastern ancestry. Its absurd to instead believe all these people are descended from Jews.

Is this geneticist also claiming that the following percentages of non-Jews are also descended from Jewish converts???

    Turkey 9%
    Iran 11%
    Iraqi Kurds 12%
    Assyrians 29%
    Iraq 27%
