    I don't believe Trump would launch a pre-emptive strike against N.Korea.

    But he would bomb them into the stone age with conventional TNT and HE missiles and air strikes and arty.

    That would be a amendment. And would require 38 states. Not going to happen nor should it. You want one person, and only, one person in charge of nukes.

    It dosn't work that way nor would it work that way. You want one person, to use them. We haven't used then 75 years what does that tell you? You want one person in charge. And that person Trump right now. Funny how no one had an issue tell he become President

    Here's what doesn't work; the lone nation who has ever leveraged massive nuclear weapons upon civilian populations assuming it is entitled to decide who will and who will not have nuclear weapons.
