But that's not XY. Are you saying that a 'male' can be male without XY chromosomes?

Names and pronouns don't commit suicides. Down compared to what Trans alone or the general population?

Did say it was XY, that's human. it's ZZ in male birds ZW in female birds.

    You are totally confused here.

Its normal that some men are not on par with some women. Those are the exceptions. Not the rule. The average man is stronger than the average woman. That is scientifically proven. Men v Women (princeton.edu)

And in order to comply with Title 9 many tests that are given out have to be reduced in order to accommodate women. Title 9 also gives an exemption for some situations.

    Okay let me rephrase.
In a comparison of trans individuals, those that have people respect their name and pronouns (ie have trans affirmative care), are less likely to have suicidal thoughts or depression than those who do not have people respect their name and pronouns (ie lack trans affirmative care).

Prove it. How do you know they're not some entirely different gender that we don't have access to even knowing because we use different sex chromosomes? If genetics really determine gender, then you can't make that argument without smuggling in the behaviors of men and women, ie something that is not genetic.

    Your source:
"The fact of the matter is that strength is directly related to muscle size – that is, the cross-sectional area of the muscle. As an example, a study by Schantz and others (1983) examined the strength per unit of cross-sectional area of muscle tissue of 18 physical education students (7 females and 11 males) and 5 male bodybuilders. The researchers found no significant differences between men and women when strength was expressed in relation to muscle cross-sectional area. Therefore, the differences in strength between men and women appear to be in the volume of muscle fibers not in the makeup of individual fibers. In other words, gender strength differences are quantitative rather than qualitative. This means that although men usually have larger muscles than women, the force exerted by equal-sized muscles is the same in both genders. This isn’t surprising since muscle tissue is essentially the same regardless of gender. Despite the fact that the average man is stronger than the average woman in terms of absolute strength, many women are much stronger than the average man. A number of women, for instance, have lifted more than 3½ times their body weight in the squat and the deadlift – with one woman having deadlifted nearly four times her body weight. And more than a few women have exceeded twice their body weight in the bench press. The vast majority of the male population has not been able to attain these performances in the three powerlifts."

Yup they do. But in terms of things like access to equipment for training? Nope-because separate but equal doesn't work if the conditions aren't equal.

Cherry picking does not help your case. In order for that conclusion to be valid it must ignore all other aspects. And does so by only examining a cross section of muscle. It is already understood that individual muscle tissue is the same. When taking into all other accounts, such as volume, of which men tend to have more of than women because men are naturally larger than women and always will be so, then men are stronger than women. As the article points out, by 33%. In sports no one takes out a chunk of the muscle tissue and competes with just that.

Why hasn't the NBA or NFL been sued and lost due to Title 9?

ROFL well that's not a very high bar is it, how much less for trans who get called a false pronoun and those that don't and how much more than the general population?

I don't have to prove there is an X and Y chromosome it is long established peer reviewed science YOU prove YOUR assertion that the X and Y chromosomes do not determine the sex of a human being.

So what? In birds it is the Z and W chromosomes that determine sex in humans the X and Y. You are really confused here.

    Then let me rephrase:
In a comparison of trans individuals, those that have acess to trans affirmative care will more likely have suicide rates similar to their cisgender counterparts than those that do not have trans affirmative care. Where trans affirmative care can be operationalized as things like access to HRT, name and pronouns changed and respected by state institutions, etc.

Actually most biologists have now come around to the idea that gender and sex are two different things. I mean think about it. Are you really saying the reason a man is a man is because the essence of manhood is in their balls? Doesn't it make more sense to think of gender as a mental phenomenon which can now include the nervous system, or like the brain?

Can do! Do you prefer each one on their own or is it okay to have them all together like this?

Not really. You are saying the following:
P1.To be a man is to have the right genes for it.
P2.Only one genetic configuration can work (this is why XX !=man)
P3.To be a man is to have XY chromosomes & to be a man is to have ZW chromosomes.
    But...
SC1.It can't be the case that both are correct (because it violates premise 2.)
    Con: This argument is invalid.

The only way to make this argument work is to smuggle in some other definition of manhood.

It's not cherry picked if it's the literally the conclusion of your source. The conclusion is... women can be as strong as men. Which once again (not to you specifically) has nothing to do with trans people bodies.

I don't know. I only popup on these transphobic threads because it's so easy to point out how wrong people who don't understand trans people are.

Its cherry picked when it has to ignore everything but one tiny aspect that no one actually disputed. (That individual muscle tissue is the same)

Risk of suicide? Why would a person without a mental illness be at risk for suicide?

This a good rationale for a policy that doesn't allow M to F competitors in Female Sports.
(From a Competitive Athletic Sanctioning Organization that isn't burdened with NCAA Policies).

In regards to the participation of male to female competitors. Through analysis the impact of maturation in the presence naturally occurring androgens as the level necessary for male development, significant advantages are had, including but not limited to increased body and muscle mass, bone density, bone structure, and connective tissue. These advantages are not eliminated by reduction of serum androgens such as testosterone yielding a potential advantage in strength and endurance sports.

I didn't refer to women as a piece of meat either.

Of course you do women a disservice by pretending men are women.

    Quit trying to appropriate femininity.
Let women be women and you do you

It's the end of the discussion section... the last bit was literally taken from the conclusion. I think you are the one who cherry picked the data.

Because societal issues leads a person to suicide and depression. They're like deaths by despair. Except in this case caused by bigotry.

You literally compared women to bacon.

Suicide by bigotry? If bigotry caused suicide then why aren’t conservatives killing themselves over left wing bigotry? The left says anyone who disagrees with a gay, Islamic, women, brown, black, yellow, red, Asian, Native American or liberal person is a bigot. Where are their suicides?

    I literally did not.

I compared comparing men to women like comparing fake bacon to the real article.

You are the one appropriating Femininity.

You can make "bacon" from turkey but everyone knows it's still turkey.

I suppose you're trying to imply I was disrespectful to women.... What's ACTUALLY disrespectful to women is to pretend a man can be one.

So in your analogy... women are 'real' bacon... which is still a piece of meat.

A zebra will never be a cow no matter how much you wish it was a cow or call it a cow. You can even paint stripes on it and call it whatever you want.

I think you're missing the point entirely, naturally on purpose
