And you have first hand knowledge that they wouldn't? What part of the phrase "possible harm" don't you understand? What part of the phrase "Right to Privacy" do you need explained?

 

We don't need to modify our restrooms or changing rooms in any way. (Locker rooms need changes because people are supposed to be naked in locker rooms and there's no way to avoid seeing or enforce a non-filming rule.)
We need to modify thinking and behavior in every way.
First let's take existing laws about invasion of privacy seriously, arrest all suspects and quadruple penalties for both civil and criminal offenses.
Second let's get every private business to make their policies crystal clear (and leave local police and the federal government out of it.) Everything gets worse when a cop is present.
Next let's not fool ourselves about these freaks. Just because we're too civilized to kill them and too confused ourselves to lock them up does not change the fact that they are mentally ill deviants whose inclinations are warped and whose inclinations must be controlled by themselves and legal guardians.
Specifically any little boy who tells his parents he's a girl should get spanked to the point of serious bleeding and reconditioned.
Does that upset anyone?

Is there any characteristic besides biology that all females but no males or all males but no females possesses. Can you find it by DNA research? Does it show up on a simple quiz?
If not there is not and never was one person born with one gender who really is another. Convert if you must, but don't claim you were born the other!

 

It is common for people in political forums to resort to name calling when they are fighting a losing battle. It is a forum discussion and I tend to inject a little humor. You have locked in on the one single item that wasn't meant to be serious. I don't really believe there is such a group and don't understand how anyone could actually take that line seriously. I do understand that there are angry people, living a sad, lonely, unfulfilled life that do not comprehend humor and will lash out in anger. Every forum has at least one. :hi

If anyone would like to get back on topic, I am suggesting that this criminal that took pictures of a lady in a dressing room does not represent the LGBT community and that his actions are not the result of letting LGBT people use the dressing rooms/toilets of their choice. This thread is a good example of why these rooms should be private. There is no possibility of a solution that require both sides agreeing and working together. Even if there were an agreement, another group will show up and we will start this all over again. (LGBTNLM)

Most large syores have fitting rooms in several places (such as one near the ladies department where few men would be trying on clothes). You don't need to specify unless crossdressers make frequent visits.

5 or more justices would vote in the majority and the Chief would choose someone on his side while the senior justice on the other side chooses someone on his or her side to write the decision.
If Roberts, Kennedy and Thomas are united against Ginsburg, Breyer, Alito, Sotomayor and Kagan, Ginsburg either writes the decision or decides who does. I'm sure she would decide to solve this once and for all by making a definition of man and woman for Constitutional purposes.
If she agrees with Roberts on the winning side, I have no doubt he'll choose her to write the decision.

 

Everyone apart from the left, who I think are so deluded, didn't even think it was possible. Those who did think it was possible, obviously just couldn't give sh*t and would prefer to put their agenda ahead of the safety of women and girls. The lefts attitude towards this is typified by what this idiot had to say in response to this incident at Target:

“This has nothing to do with whether or not I should be allowed to use the bathroom in a restaurant, whether a first grader can use the bathroom, whether a high schooler can play school sports. If this person was a voyeur, they will be dealt with by the legal justice system the way they deal with voyeurs.”

What's funny is, the left would absolutely object to this statement in response to a shooting: "This has nothing to do with whether or not I have a 2nd amendment right to own a high powered gun. If this person was a killer, they will be dealt with by the legal justice system the way it deals with killers."

The left believes that the availability of guns leads to shootings. If they believe that, fine! But surely they should also believe that the availability of these policies like Target's lead to these sorts of incidents.

 

This insistence that men be allowed to access what was previously a safe place for women and girls, is about as misogynistic as it gets. The 'rights' of a tiny group of men, outweighs the welfare and safety of a huge number of women and young girls.
