no, the tall buildings in new york came about because we went over there to prop up kingdoms in Kuwait and SA from being taken by a secular dictatorship in Saddam. ISIS and Al-Queda just don't want western influence in thier countries.

We went there to plunder thier country and take every bit of oil that they had for American Corporations to make money.

I have no problem fighting terrorist, but Saddam and Bashad don't bother American citizens. Hell Saddam bled Iran dry during the 80s, we were giving him all the support in the world then. We are over there now being SA bitch and doing thier fighting for them.

Obama was not bound by the Bush agreement, he chose that path because he ran on getting out. He could have renegotiated the agreement and chose not to. ISIS belongs to him, he even armed them. Trump is about to pull us out again and I doubt the result is going to be a lot different but we'll see.
    Oh my goodness.

No, Obama could not have renegotiated the agreement. Only when the Iraqis came to him did Obama get what Bush could not.
