    The conviction of Cohen on Campaign Finance Violations explicitly names Individual 1, AKA the BLOTUS, as a co-conspirator in that crime and Cohen is prepared to testify as the criminal role of the BLOTUS.

    I already have which is why I KNOW that it does not include the bovine excrement about your BLOTUS being a "victim".

    Trump is the Individual 1 who directed Cohen to commit the felony. To the extent that Cohen committed a malpractice, it is because he actually obeyed the orders of his client to commit a felony.

    Haha I don’t think you are a lawyer. You are committing mal practice, as mueller said, if you are doing your clients wishes. If in fact your client directs you to do something that maybe illegal or maybe, you have a duty to your client to inform them of the legal consequences. Cohen violated the law, and committed malpractice. Trump and the trump organization were his victims
