Not according to Robert mueller...he and the crack shot attorneys on his team disagreed with your view. More importantly they concluded he committed malpractice against trump and the trump organization.

Why have you CONSISTENTLY FAILED to post the memo if it supports your bogus allegation?

    That says volumes.

If you think the entire memo is about Cohen making Trump into a victim, then you have not read it.

Now quote the memo if you think it helps you.

You need to post it again with SPECIFIC QUOTES that "support" your bogus allegation.

Why don't the Democrats just vote for impeachment now and forgo a faux investigation? Seriously there is no need for an investigation when you are doing a show trial, why waste taxpayer dollars on a foregone conclusion.

    1) impeachment is coming.
    2) the impeachment inquiry was announced before (and then prompted the release of) the transcript and the whistleblower complaint were released.
    3) the inquiry timing allowed a convenient off ramp in case the evidence proved weak or the American people turned against impeachment
    4) the evidence is damning, the public support has ticked up significantly, the defense has been weak, and trump has made things even worse so...see point #1
    5) There are no rules or constitutional requirement that the inquiry must happen before the vote
    6) Congress is currently on recess
    7) and now that a new whistleblower has come forward, the various members are seeing a whole host of supportive incumbents, and the Republicans have decided to taunt the impeachment vote and the white house has refused to comply unless the vote takes place...well...see point #1
