United States Votes Against UN Resolution Condemning Death Penalty For Gays

No, for instance, even if I don't appreciate the LGBT lobby, I'm pro marriage gay. Even, if when I read something revolting, I could says "let's guillotine them", I'm against death penalty.
I grew up in an atheist family of the old-school left. With time, reading and life experience, I went fully disgusted by the left. Even, if I left the left, a part of my way of thinking still root in the left. I have antipathy for both left and right. I probably have more antipathy for nowodays left.

I would agree and disagree. Until the 16th century, Chinese and Arabs brought their fair amount of technological progress. In the beginning of the 19th century, China was representing roughly 30 % of the estimated world GDP.
Furthermore, it's the European culture of until the 50's that launched the world into modernity. Basically, the biggest achievement of the European culture was to create the scientific method.
However, since the creation of the scientific method, the western culture did nothing new but applying it. Besides, that we could argue that the transformation of the western culture since the 50's make them two different cultures.

Modernity today is in a dead end, on every point : modern nations don't reproduce anymore and so will be erased of history, modern nations don't produce anything anymore, they let countries like China do it. Western economy (the consummer) need China (the producer) and China need the west. But the more dependant of the two is the west.
Not only the west is dependant of China, but aswell of oil which is growing to lack more and more, and the west don't have any real contingency plan.

I except a (self)destruction of the west in the next century, as the USSR fell, the west will fall.

Instead of boring the crap out of the Jury, he was confident enough in his position that he simply said, "Members of the Jury, if you can't work it out for yourself, nothing I can say will assist you," and he sat down. Actually the vote against it had nothing to do with China or any other country It has to do with the fact that the resolution in question was against the Death penalty even for mass murderers. If you had read the link I already posted you already know the your thread title was bogus and the whole thing little more than another classic example of fake news.
