Even now, nearly two years into Trump's first term, was the Affordable Care Act repealed and replaced as Republicans have been screaming for? The four promises Trump made a priority to reform in 2018 were health care, infrastructure, welfare and immigration. He did give a healthy tax cut to the super-rich and big corporations so I suppose that counts for tax reform. But, what about the others, health care, immigration, welfare and infrastructure. That's a big zero, nothing at all other than separate families from their children and lose them in the red tape that they can't unravel.
