What exactly has this president done to you personally that deserves your disdain?

Honestly, there has been no impact negative nor positive to me personally since he's been President which is the way i like it.

 

Not only is your answer honest & fair, but it's the answer most people should be answering given what he's done or has'nt done........but lets keep scrolling down to see how others answered.

Ok, that’s all fine & wonderful, but except for the ammo thing everything else is the same Fox News nonsense we’ve all heard for years and are sick & tired of.

Please tell me (if you can) how president Barrack Obama has either ruined or negatively impacted your life directly.

The reason why the ammo has dried up is because of the government buying it in record numbers to re-stock what’s been spent over the last 11 year on these ridiculous wars. I know this for a fact as I happen to work for a major U.S. military manufacturer.

The other reason is whackos in the woods playing GI-Joe that actually think they have a shot at overthrowing the most powerful military in the world, or the "he's gonna take away all of our guns so we better buy a bazillion of them now" crowd.

Because Barack Obama is the commander in chief and has continued on with the wars, you get a few points on the ammo thing.

Nothing else you’ve said has made you lose your house, your car, your family, your job….get the picture?

The Armageddon you guys are waiting on hasn’t come yet, and by the time he’s out of office it still won’t have happened.

So my advice would be to turn off all the doom & gloom nay-sayers that have been praying for his failure from day one, and realize just how good things still are, and how good you still have it.

Your claim of having to restock supplies that have been depleted over the last 11 years is HOLLOW, because the Lake City plant alone produces over 1 billion rounds annually for the military. Other manufacturers augment that amount more than enough to sustain any level of conflict.
Since this current drought began, there have been over 6 Billion rounds of .22 LR produced by domestic and foreign companies, if pre-drought production levels have been maintained. Where are they?
As for parroting anything from any MSM source, I gave my TV away in the year 2000 and renounced any exposure to MSM, in my own weird effort to remain uninfluenced by the consumerist gospel that has claimed our Country.
As for the advantages of being an American Citizen: That existed long before your Clown in Charge took office, and that is precisely why I considered it my solemn duty to give 8 years of my life to military service. I have not been to India, but I've seen a good example of the third world. Well enough to make me glad to return to my American ship each day.
As for what he's done to earn my disdain?
At the very first inauguration, there was some dispute over whether he would use the Bible to be sworn in. Upon his first visit to Saudi Arabia, he bowed to that King. That was all I needed to see.

 

He caused me to be late for work once, but I suppose by your criteria that doesn't even count as Obama personally since technically the Secret Service and/or local police were the ones who closed the streets when he came to town. As for the hate part--nope. Obama is largely as irrelevant to me as he has been to the nation.

 

My healthcare now costs nearly my mortgage on a 2000 sq foot house I put 3% down on. I am 32, my wife just turned 30. Nuts. We paid less then half of that pre-Obamacare - and it came with dental and vision. I am now going to have to pay way over actuarial value.

I also I work for money, so when he printed up a few hundred billion and gave it away to his friends it was a slap in the face for me and everyone else who earns money. Should be to you too, but OP is a far left extremist. Ask a sane centrist if they printing up hundreds of billions and giving it out in free cash giveaway is corruption or not. Remind them that 75% of the money went to campaign contributors.

 

Excuse me but, on which planet were "you" on where the Tea Party formed two years just before President Bush left office.

Those folks got together just about the time the last polling station closed and the election was called for Barack Obama.

I’ll give you that they were brewing for a while because of some of the things President Bush had done, but no way in hell did they actually “form” as a bonafied political party two years before President Obama came on the scene.

Have you signed up for it and found it to be way too expensive, and if so why would you sign up for something knowing you couldn’t afford it? (so you could complain about it later in a political forum?)

Have you been asked to let go of the health insurance coverage you were presently getting, if you had health care insurance prior to?

I'll repeat, Obama directly affected my safety when he, as CIC, made it a point to announce to the world the 2009 Afghanistan surge. There was absolutely no reason to announce the surge (besides political ones), and all it did was cause a surge in activity from the enemy, IMMEDIATELY. It is things like this, as well as not finding a way as the CIC of the armed forces to fund families' of those of us killed for 5 days this month, that are the sources of my disdain. People were still fighting in those 5 days. He had people fighting under his command that didn't know if their families would even get benefits or have a funeral for them. He has executive orders, as well as other means to control the military, especially during times of war. He let us sit in the dark for 5 days, before a "solution" was reached. It's actions or inactions like these that are helping destroy our military's morale. And vets are fed up. That's why we threw those barricades in front of the White House. I wish I was there.

 

At this point I’m starting to think that either people just can’t read, or can’t comprehend what they read…….
