    EXAGGERATION...
    Not so long ago I attended such a meeting of mixed groups <pro life> and <pro choice>...
    The speaker started this way after some civil opening... he asked that all <pro choice> people raise their hands, then a few minutes later asked the <pro Life> people to raise their hands...
    Some one in the front row challenged the speaker about all of that and asked him point bland what is his preference <pro choice or pro life> he very subtly declared that he is not <pro life and surely not pro choice> so again the heckler challenged him one more time... Soooooooooo... what are you???????? <prophylactic> the answer was with this a complete silence was regained in the auditorium.

    Those that are fighting should have opted for the speaker's solution!!!

    IMO the woman should not be prosecuted BUT the person, Doctor or organization who performs the Abortion should face murder charges and penalty.

    There are limits to self-defense. In general you're allowed to use reasonable physical force to protect yourself from imminent or immediate physical injury. You can only use that amount of force that's necessary to stop the threat of harm.

    Congrats...if your hypothetical scenario comes to fruition, you've just committed a felony under Florida law.

    Of course it's absurd because for one thing NO Anti-Choicer has EVER described how an abortion could be prosecuted EVER.

    How does someone "suspect" a woman of having an abortion?

    Where is the body of the "murder" victim?

    What EXACTLY does the vigilante SAY to the police when he dials 911???

    HOW would the police investigate this "suspicion" ?


    What proof would there be?

    Would every woman who miscarries be dragged off to jail to be examined ?
    HOW would anyone tell whether it was a miscarriage or an abortion?



    And NO, to those who think ONLY the doctor( or the person who performs the abortion) should be charged...if you hire a hit man and he kills someone your butt's in trouble, too.

    WHY would you let the woman off the hook? It was her idea? SHE instigated it?



    Now how many of you want your grandmother, mother, daughter, wife, girlfriend dragged off to be forcibly examined on someone else's "suspicions"...???


    Or should I ask How many of you want to WATCH!

    Why? If the woman didnt seek out the doctor in the first place to perform said abortion, the doctor would never have been culpable in the first place.


    Why should the doctor pay for the desicion the woman made bfore she even MET the doctor? yet the doctor should be punished and the woman should walk away?

    We're Amish now? We all live in transparent communities and know each others lives intimately?

    Most all of us live in isolation even a shunned Amish would find unbearable, and most of us like it that way.

    I guess you're going to return to Scarlet Letters, right?

    Were I a woman and had another refuse to talk to me because I had an abortion I'd consider that a favor on their part, and I wouldn't talk to any who'd even think of doing that to someone else.

    A woman who has an abortion for convenience should be given free sterilization if she wants it. This would accomplish 2 things...1) Limit the number of abortions that the taxpayers have to pay for and 2) Make sure she has no progeny to further her radical views.
