    Tariffs are anti free trade. He supports protectionist nationalism instead of free trade, just like everyone who complains about globalism. And yes, he wants to cut H1Bs. That is cutting merit based immigration.

    Apparently you missed those 400 filibusters while Obama was in office and the dems ahd the majority. And I’m sure Fox never reported on the MItch McConnell “we will stop Obamacare at any cost” discussion before Obama was even inaugurated

    The dems on the hill know the entitlements are unsustainable. The republicans are the only ones with balls enough to point out the obvious.

    I should say some republicans since there is not much difference between the entrenched republicans and most dems.

    Funny stuff. Privatization results in a superior retirement and health care retirement benefit for our kids and grandkids and significantly reduce government spending. I wish I would’ve had access to private systems but I’m stuck with what I’ve paid into for 47 years.
