Who Is To Blame For The Charlottesville Riot?

Virtuous? So virtuous that they have to hide behind masks? LOL! I repeat, this topic asks who is responsible for the violence in Charlottesville. You refuse to address that. Instead you want to justify the violence because you know that Antifa and BLM are guilty. Furthermore, Antifa and BLM were not there to oppose bigotry. That's a joke. They were there to do harm and to impose their will because they are the greater evil and threat to our country and liberty. Just last week they attacked and assaulted a conservative free speech and prayer meeting. And early last year the FBI deemed them a national threat, responsible for most of the riots and large acts of violence against Law Enforcement and political rallies in the nation. Even big shot Democrat leaders are beginning to condemn them because they are the most bigoted and violent group in the nation. And the Democrat politicians don't want to be tied to them anymore. Didn't you get the memo?

 

Of course , it's not possible to you that people hate injustice and bigotry. They have to have an ulterior motive. Why not talk about the people you are defending .....you know the ones chanting ..

Other - that being the mayor of Charlottesville (and possibly the governor of VA) for not controlling the situation which they had been warned about and issuing a stand down order to the local police force. Liberal progressive politicians tasked with maintaining the peace and protecting the citizenry but who instead stood by and watched people being assaulted and killed are to blame.

 

So fight rhetoric with more rhetoric? Hows that working for ya? Is the idea that the side that shouts loudest wins? I understand it feels good and all. Is the goal to feel good or reduce/eliminate racism? If you want people to stop being racist you are going to have to do more than yell. Yelling is easy. Showing someone the error of their ways takes real effort.

I am knowledgeable enough to know of Fear and how it is driven. There is rational fear and there if irrational fear. Rational fear deals with the potential harm that can be caused by something or someone, such as criminals roving the streets because the people of the area refuse to do something about said criminals. Irrational fear deals with exaggerated threats of people or something that poses neither immediate nor long term threat to you, your family or anyone. The days of people hiding and cowering from Klansmen and the like, ended for me when I was around nine years old when I witnessed first-hand that a Man is supposed to stand up for himself.

 

We already have a Constitution and legal system. We don't want or need Antifa's. And if they try to force it on us, they will be subdued and imprisoned.

You are contending with your own imagination. We already have a Constitution and liberty which is protected by law enforcement, a judicial system and a military. The only lawlessness here, which is currently running wild and needs to be reeled in, is Antifa and BLM. Sorry, but that is just reality.

You won't change the mob. You can change the individual. It can be done, it takes time. It takes effort. You start by understanding why most of them are racist and join these groups. They do it out of ignorance and fear. Once you understand the nature of their fear you can help them over come the ignorance of the fear. Education is the key.
