you speak for most cops now? most get very nervous when someone walks down a busy street with an ar-15
Were you speaking for "most cops" when you wrote "most cops do not want citizens carrying guns in public"?
Cops don't like seeing EVERYONE with a gun. If you have a decent haircut and wear a nice pair of slacks and a sports shirt? Guns are good. If you wear shredded running shoes, torn jeans, a "BLM" t-shirt and have unkempt hair down to your shoulders? Not so much. Oh... and odor makes a difference too.
Yeah, everyone thinks the same of a foul smelling man dressed in rags as a well coiffed gentleman in an Armani suit. Yup... yup... equal chance of getting that job in an interview, equal chance of getting that loan, equal chance of talking your way out of speeding ticket. Sorry... "the clothes make the man"... such it has always been... such it will always be. Ask anyone who hires people, grants loans or issues speeding tickets. Don't like it? Too bad...
yes, but our rights should not be decided on how you are dressed be like the government saying you can't be a Christian cause you can't afford a nice suit
I quoted a poll conducted by PoliceOne with over 15 000 verified law enforcement officers participating.
yes, and the right says they support religious freedom, yet often when they say that, they really mean only to their religion
You and I don't see crime scenes on a regular basis. Cops do and overwhelmingly support armed citizens. You attempted to project your personal opinion onto cops and several forum members corrected you. Just be honest and say that you are afraid of guns. Its not a big deal. Some people are afraid of spiders.
most cops prefer not to interact with armed citizens, especially those walking around with ar-15's if I see someone upset and angry with a gun, I am going to stay away... cause they are a threat people that can't control their emotions in public, should not be armed
Repeating a false statement doesn't make it true. If you were willing to admit the truth, you could have preserved credibility for future posts. Oh well.
very relevant as it shows people can say they support everyone carrying guns in public, yet only support certain types of people doing it such as the other poster said, only those that are nicely dressed with nice shoes some say they support the 2nd, but then really they do not support it for all Americans, ex-felons as an example
What the heck are you talking about? You are so vague and disjointed we can't tell. Can you be a little more SPECIFIC?
think about it a little more, sure even you can get it eventually and who is the 'we', you got something in your pocket?
