Perhaps it is because the Russians are the most aggressive power in expanding their territory beyond their borders...

Jealous of what? Your $20 trillion debt, your disastrous healthcare system, your insane levels of gun-related violence, your obsession with bombing countries which never even threatened you, your relentless aggression?

You must not frequent right wing sites. If a topic starts trending here that is truly insane, you can bet it came up first on The Blaze, Drudge or some right wing radio show.

Yes, and you can bet your arse that it's the same carefully orchestrated insidious CIA propaganda that used to terrify the public into unconditional support for US foreign policy during the Cold War and McCarthy era. No mention, naturally, of US funding terrorism, overthrowing legitimate democracies or bombing the crap out of anyone who dared oppose The Master.

No where in that post do you say you support the sanctions or criticize Russia, that was a neutral post, are you saying right now that you support the sanctions in order to bring about an end to the illegal occupation of the Crimea?

All of the founders and key leaders are former Baathist members of the ISS, trained by the KGB, and granted shelter by Assad following the US overthrow of Saddam. Assad remains ISISs best friend, he brokers their oil, and he and Russia refuse to attack them instead only targeting moderate rebel forces aligned with the coalition and opposed to both ISIS and the mass murderer Assad.

The Ukraine and Georgia are firmly European territory by a map bud.

Oh so you don't believe in democracy then? Do you think voting rights should be abolished everywhere, or only in Crimea?

a vote for seccession while under foreign military occupation, is null & void

its especially absurd when you then vote to join the country that is illegally occupying you

Dear friend. What a problem? Open Markus's profile list, find and see his old posts, written a year and two years ago. There is no a single pro-Russian post. There is almost the same level of anti-Russian hatred that have some of the most rabid russophobes at this forum now. However, obviously some of the recent events in Europe have cured this man from russofoby. This fact well confirms the thesis about treatability of this disease and it gives us a hope that you also will stop to write the antiRussian nonsense someday.

Well, if you can not read and understand what the speach means- this is your problem. Or you beleive that there are a lot of threads here about aggressive Russia because White House invested a lot of money to make propaganda on this issue? Actually this can not be excluded.

Russia put in thousands of troops and military hardware into Ukraine, without the permission of the elected government of Ukraine.

Poreshenko is the democratically elected President of Ukraine.

he didn't give Russia permission to send in thousands of troops and military hardware.

    therefore, Russia has invaded Ukraine

Quite the opposite...Ukraine does not want or need Russia. They would have never invited those gangsters into their nation for any reason.

Right now the nationalists are threatening the government in Kiev and have even taken over the airport to make sure none of the government officials escape. They demand that the war continue in the Donbas because in their fantasy land they believe it belong to them ... even though they live on the other side of Ukraine and have never stepped a foot there.

You know when Russia gave Poroshenko a formula for federating Ukraine, his brilliant answer was; 'we do not listen to Russia'. Well when he's strung up on his heels like Mussolini, he can't say he wasn't warned.

Anyway it would be well deserved, considering how he used the untrained men as cannon fodder. In the last defeat at Debaltsevo, Poroshenko told the officers not to surrender and to leave and not tell the men they were surrounded. Three thousand men died there most from friendly fire because of their poor training.

It's not as if the Washington does not know these things. When they sent officers to help train the Ukrainians, the high training only went to the 'nationalists', the recruits were given about a two weeks training. This is why so many escaped to Russia, and why it's almost impossible for Poroshenko to form a new army. His army now consists of mercenaries especially from ISIS and Turkey.

The only Ukrainians that will be fighting and dying are the nationalists who had the the coup. Since they now want a new coup to get rid of Poroshenko, it seems his only means of survival would be to start a new war.

They will stop their nonsense only when they realize their 'agenda', whether it's paid or otherwise is a lost cause. The way things are going in Ukraine, it will probably be soon.
