    When Zimmy was released from jail that night as a free man ... his story changed the next day and then changed some more on his media tour ... this has come back to haunt 'em.

    I don't think you can make much of a case about depraved state of mind with only one shot fired and the fact there was an altercation.

    I don't think they can do that.. I'm not sure.. If they did, it wouldn't be surprising if they said something like this: "you must find Z guilty... if not, every single one of you are racist.. RACIST!!!!"..... :)

    Yes state will get the last word....West tried to object yesterday to 2 different state attorneys speaking for closing (1 for closing statement and another for rebuttal or whatever they'll call it) and judge over-ruled.

    Frankly I'm surprised he'd want to bring up state of mind, given Thugvon's "creepy ass cracker" comment. That comment sounded to me like motive for his assault on GZ.

    Why is it that as Bernie was doing his closing, I kept thinking of Mr. Jameson's rants about Spiderman (not saying GZ is a superhero or anything).

    Dividing anything by nothing can be troublesome. Hopefully the jurors saw during that closing that the emperor had no clothes.

    I'm standing by my previous prediction. Seven hour jury deliberation with acquital. Only moderate looting and vandalism with the most occurring in Miami.

    Tomorrow morning O'Mara will give the Prosecution a lesson in how to do a real Closing.

    Meanwhile, I think we need a special award for trolling. Like the "Super Troll" award. Cause at this point, that is the only explanation left for the Trayvonistas here.

    Believe it or not, she did get this right.

    On closing, the prosecution goes first, then the Defense does their closing, and then the State get to do a rebuttal.

    With this all female jury the State should have let "McDreamy" do the closing argument.......not Bernie the Clown. I missed most of Bernie's closing........did he quote anything from Dr. Bao's testimony.......LOL at the State's witnesses.

    He did ... but the main gist was explaining Zimmys depraved mind ... all the profiling and lies and exaggerations to the place Zimmy had to cap-off a young brutha and with no remorse ... suggesting this was an execution and that Zimmy knew that since their were no witnesses he could get away with it ... that is, Zimmy is lucky this is only Murder 2
