I wasn't aware that Zimmerman had made that claim. If he did, I would sincerely doubt that he was telling the truth. He's not the property manager.

You don't get to argue self defense when you put yourself in harm's way, especially after you've called the police and disregarded both your training and their instructions.

Zimmerman's school records are now fair game for the State.

This may also help the defense since, if he knew the law, then waiving Miranda and cooperating with the investigation shows he had nothing to hide.

 

The State wasn't to make a huge deal about whether Zimmerman knew
about SYG.because he said in the Hannity interview that he didn't know
about Florida's SYG application.Just that he was acting in self-defense.

The State sees an opening in regards to the Hannity Interview.
George was asked by Hannity about SYG and George said he wasn't
familiar with it.

 

No evidence Zimmerman is a "creep" that is merely you prejudice showing. No real evidence Martin was scared since he approached and walked around Zimmerman's car and then after running back to the apartment where he simply could have gone inside and locked the door he choose to go back and confront the person who had been watching him. He didn't even call his father let alone who a scared person would call, the police.

OH that settles it? The girl friend testified she heard a rustle and the phone from where the phone was found he probably took it off and tossed it to the ground before he assaulted Martin.

 

Ridiculous....what American should be considered putting himself in harms way when he is walking in his own neighborhood? Are you trying to say we should all stay behind locked doors and never venture out into our own neighborhoods....you do understand George lived there as well as having an obligation as a member of neighborhood watch?

George did not receive any training....and he did not violate any instructions because none were given. When the police dispatcher asked George which direction the suspect was headed...George merely got of his truck to follow the suspect for a short distance to see which direction he was running in....when the dispatcher asked George if he was following the suspect....George said he was....then dispatch said "we do not need you to do that" ....which is merely a suggestion...not a order. George was perfectly within his legal rights to follow trayvon...but when dispatch told him..."we do not need you to do that" George said o.k and went about his business of finding an address to let the police know exactly where he was.

Your only accurate statement in the above is the fact that George did call the police...hardly behavior anyone determined to kill a negro would take.

 

This is so incredibly uninformed. But at least you acknowledge that being in the vicinity of Trayvon is to be "in harm's way" if he perceived you as a "creepy ass cracker".

 

I agree.I smelled a rat early on when it got leaked that the DOJ was
using the F.B.I. to Investigate Zimmerman.Totally out of bounds.In fact,
it had No authority.They manipulated that authority with the F.B.I.
under some new civil rights guidelines authored by one Eric Holder.

 

She obviously does not know the legal definition for murder.....as opposed to justifiable homicide...made justifiable by the fact George was acting in Self-Defense...how many times has this been explained...yet the liberals seem unable to grasp it.

MSNBC's new stratagem today is use the Word " Guilty " with
Zimmerman.
Make Zimmerman " guilty " of something.
Again ... MSNBC will go to any length to push their driven Agenda.
The agenda all along was to Portray Trayvon as an Innocent Kid
" just walking home ".
And Zimmerman as some disgruntled, Fat cop wannabe who liked
to target minority.Plus his scrapes with the police.

 

Even Eric Holders FBI cleared George of being a racist.....that was the first thing they investigated.
