So then it was smart of Trayvon to get suspended, not just once but 3 times.
Trayvon being the poster boy for smartness and Zimmerman the poster boy
    for stupidity.

Are you claiming that the witness said that SYG was not covered in the class attended by George?

West now appearing to deflect that Zimmy would be incapable of understanding the differences because of what was actually taught in class ... that is, insulting this witness' prowess ...

The prosecution is just handing a win to Zimmerman on a silver platter. He just got that instructor to admit there is no obligation to retreat.

I can see that the state is trying to make the case that GZ had the education to make up a self-defense story.... problem is, GZ would also know enough to not use his weapon until he feared for his life.... and the evidence supports GZ's account.

The state is counting on making the case that GZ had malice and forethought, because I don't see that there was sufficient time to make up a story that fit the evidence in such a short time.

    The state is failing.

No, he said Zimmy should know what duty he has based on *in your home* ... that is, what stand your ground actually is ...

    - - - Updated - - -

There you have it ... the expectation(s) of a reasonable person ....

You're being purposely obtuse. Please answer my question.

I claim one question, do you understand?

Well the law is actually handing the defense the win. The prosecution only brought this to trial because of political pressure, Serino essentially said so on the stand.

The law is fluid not static as to what is reasonable ... meaning Ricardo taught Zimmy what a reasonble person would have as a reasonable apprehension of fear ...

The state has proved that George lied about his knowledge of SYG in the Hannity interview.

The jury will llikely be charged with that if they try for a lesser charge, but a directed verdict is a real possibility if they stick with Murder 2 , the evidence doesn't support it as every rational person here and in the media has already said. The law actually is static, it is just a question of fact not of law as to whether a specific reaction by a specific person in a specific situation is reasonable.

The fact that injuries are not present does not mean there is not imminent fear. The fact that injuries are present help prove the fear.

Another prosecution witness for the defense.

Yes, Zimmy was well taught in the law in the expectations of a reasonable person
