Zimmerman Trial (Wednesday July 3rd.)

I forgot to add....why didn't they investigate to see if Trayvon was a racist? Oh my bad...I forget Negroes cannot be racist.

 

And therefore all testimony and evidence as to Martin's schooling and history should come into the trial.

 

And how did her testimony prove what happened that night? One of my nieces actually received her degree in criminal justice, are we now to assume that she is a threat to society?

 

Ok witness excused .... next witness please .... Lt. Scott Carnes ... of Virginia Police personnel unit ... he will testify to Zimmys application as a police officer in Virginia ...

It would make sense.But since this judge is shilling for the State and the
State doesn't use common sense,then don't expect much.
The entire reason Trayvon was IN Sanford was because he was suspended
from school and didn't have to be in class the following Monday.

 

About as expert in reading the law as she claimed..........................zelch! But just another example of the Martin supporters making baseless assertions meant to denigrate Zimmerman not prove he was not acting in self defense, merely to justify their bloodthirstiness.

 

That will go to the defense exhibit which will be denied as inadmissable because Martin is dead.

 

Following him around when you had no business being there, after the police reminded you of your Citizen's Watch training and you chose to disregard it is putting yourself at risk.

This is precisely the scenario that Citizen's Watch trainers tell people to AVOID!!!!!!

One he called the police, Zimmerman should have stayed in his car.

So you ARE OK with profiling then..........................so why do you deraign Zimmerman for doing exactly what you are doing and claim you would have done?

OK, Zimmy was denied his application to become a police officer in Virginia because of bad credit ... witness excused.

 

Still grasping I see...as you have been informed George had business being there...he not only lived there but he was part of neighborhood watch...Now please explain what business Trayvong had being there.

And when you claim police reminded George of exactly what? Explain your assertions....you are entitled to your personal opinion that George should have stayed in his car...but by law he had every right to get out and walk anywhere he wanted and most specifically he had a legal right to follow the suspect...in a effort to help the police know where he went.

 

Seems they just established the "failed cop" scenario is false.....

As I said, your deliberatly misleading narrative leans totally on convincing the audience that the Democratic party of 1870 is the same as the Democratic Party of today. You can't argue that fact, so you try and pretend that your cherry picked facts are the only facts.

Then you credit Eisenhower for the Civil Rights Act of 1957, but don't acknowledge the fact that he was essentially shamed into it after his protracted delay in ordering out the National Guard in Little Rock the year before. You also deliberaly fail to mention the fact that getting the bill through Congress was left up to Lyndon Johnson, and not the GOP leadership. Of course, you don't mention the Civil Rights Act of 1964 or the Voting Rights Act at all.

Every seat held by a Dixiecrat in 1948 is now held by a Republican.

It is Republicans politicians and their media outlets who engange in relenteless race baiting today.

Everyone here know it. And manufacturing an elaborate scenario to try and deny it, won't change the fact.

 

Next witness please ... Capt. Ricardo U.S Army JAG Corp ... prosecutor ... who taught at Seminole College and who gave Zimmy an A ...

 

Oh but it is and the racist was Martin. It was Martin who displayed his racism in going after the "white ass cracka" as he called Zimmerman.

 

Capt. Ricardo testifying that Zimmy was the best student in the class ... specifically in castle doctrine & stand your ground & self-defense.

Yes and no... I completely agree that Zimmerman should have left well enough alone past a certain point. He does have a right to defend his neighborhood. Martin was walking extremely close to homes in the area which caused legitimate suspicion. He could have simply walked on the public sidewalk and none of this would have happened. Zimmerman didn't follow the kid because he was black. He followed him because there had been several thefts in the area and Martin was evidently "walking under the eaves of homes" which is typical behavior of someone scoping out a target. Nobody knows what Martin's intentions were. But Zimmerman made a legitimate assumption based on the previous history of the neighborhood and Martins actions.

However none of that really matters. The truth of it is that both men had a right to do what they were doing. This crime happened in a public place and although the police advised Zimmerman to leave well enough alone he had every right to do whatever he wanted in a public place. The first crime committed happened when it became violent. Both men had a right to share a public place. Neither man had a right to attack each others personal space. From this point on... all we have is Zimmermans testimony and some circumstantial evidence. Considering that Zimmerman is the one accused of murder his view of events doesn't carry as much weight.

The next third person eye witness account was that Martin was on top of Zimmerman "MMA style" beating him up.

From that point Zimmerman had every right to defend himself with whatever means necessary. The key to this case is Zimmermans testimony. If the jury believes he was attacked and not the attacker he will walk. If the prosecution can shoot holes in his story then he will go to prison. Considering the racial merits of this case a prison sentence for Zimmerman might as well be a death sentence.

It's a tragedy really. You have to feel bad for the families of both men.

I'm not overly interested in this case. But I am totally disgusted with what the media did. CNN was caught doctoring the 911 call to make is sound as though Zimmerman said a racial slur when in fact he said "it's bleeping cold." PMSNBC was caught doctoring his mugshot cleaning up blood ect ect to make it appear as though he was not under attack. Every news network but fox immediately jumped on this story went out of their way to race bait. They wanted people pissed off so they would stay glued to the news. They wanted people divided for political reasons. Our own president immediately jumped to Martin's defense saying, "If I had a son, he might look like Martin." Zimmerman could have been killed because of the lies of the news media. That concerns me FAR more than the actual case. We don't really know what actually happened that night and we can only hope justice is served. But we do know the media caused a lot of violence in Florida because of race baiting.

The good people of this country need to wake up. White, black, Hispanic, whatever. We are not enemies. By in large we don't even live together. For the most part we all live in our own little communities and our interaction is mostly limited to work and commerce. People naturally separate themselves and this is a big country so there is no reason for us to hate one another. But the media is a powerful instigator. They want racial divide. They want racial violence. It serves their purposes in many ways but primarily it keeps ratings high and serves political purposes. Eight out of ten jounalists polled say they are liberals. Ninety percent of the Republican party is white. It's simple math. Liberal journalists need minorities pissed off at white people as much as humanly possible because that automatically translates to tons of democrat voters energized and ready to vote. Even the president jumped on this story because he knew it would help him politically. It's all a sham. Ignore it.

It says in the bible the devil came to steal, kill, and destroy. I don't know about you.... but I don't want to help him in his efforts. We don't have to unite in some harmonious beautiful homogeneous society lol. We just have to do right. We have to show respect to one another and find the truth whatever it may be. Find the good people and help them do good things. The media.... they are the PA system of the devil right now. they don't report anymore... they create.... and this case is a PERFECT example of their corruption.

This is damning testimony ... it's the same as Romney going to college specifically to learn how to rape, rob and destroy companies and send them to China for his own personal gain & profit.
