Teacher pays 5 year price for sex with 5 18 year old studs

I can't believe some are justifying prison for sex between consenting adults. Amazing. Who cares if their was an authority angle? What was she gonna do, sent them to jail? Kill their parents? Please. These were grown ass men who made a choice to sleep with her. If she's guilty, then so are they. What was she gonna do, lower their grade? Even if she was, that type of petty (*)(*)(*)(*) happens all the time between teacher and student.

 

I'd have to agree that jail is a bit much.

Now, losing her job makes sense.

 

Of course the teenage guys w/raging hormones will say they weren't victims....

In the other cases of female teachers seducing male students, I'd hear some guy say "Well, dang! The lucky dude! My teacher looked like Ben Franklin in a dress - not fair!" Whine, whine, whine........

The fact is the teacher is his TEACHER and if she can't keep her pants on around her male students, even the 18 yr olds - then off to the pokey she goes - just like the MALE teachers.....

Sounds to me like this married female w/3 kids should have been spending more time w/her kids.... she's 28? Those kids would be pretty young - and she had her sexual encounters w/her 5 horny students in her home?

If the 18 yr old is her student, she has the authoritative position over him - to have sexual contact w/him should be illegal and prison time. As I had already posted, we don't send out sons to school to be screwed by his teacher anymore than we would our daughters....... why should one be acceptable and the other isn't?

I hadn't read the part where the husband talked about the group sex he & wife engaged in...... you're right. He's strange..... and he deserves her, but those 3 kids don't.

Teachers play favorites all the time. Should we jail them? Plus, there is no proof that this was the case anyway.

And you're wrong, the government works for us, not the other way around. 18 is the established age of adulthood, and they have no right to impose idiotic, authoritarian, morality based laws on anyone. This is a travesty. There was no victim in this "crime."

We need libertarianism badly, the big government statists are destroying everything from the economy to personal freedoms.

Good. I hope so. I know you meant this as a negative remark, but I refuse to take it this way. This is kinda what Unions are for. To protest unfair labor and law practices.

 

If a law was passed that you cannot chew gum and drink soda at the same time, would that make it legitimate? Of course not.

Fantastic. We all bent to illegitimate, unconstitutional laws. Apparently, I couldn't consent to my professor if she offered to me, assuming I was in Texas. That's nice to know.

What a load of crap. If the law says you can't eat skittles, does that make it right, or legitimate?

 

Her husband is perfectly fine with group sex. So I have no problem with her looking for guys on the side. And even if he wasn't okay with it...that's an issue for husband and wife to deal with. Not the state.

And it's everyone's business when a teacher - male or female - is hitting on his/her students,even if they are 18.... those kids should be off limits until they graduate and no longer sitting in his/her classroom.

Parents send their kids to school to learn, not to be hit on by some sexual predator teacher and dragged off to the backseat of a car or to her bedroom......
