yup, 28 year old teacher with a very active sex drive needed 5 18 year-old students to scratch her itch. What's interesting is that she exercised very poor judgment but the charges were because she is an educator and they her students. All students were adults at the time

So, here we have an adult woman who looked to young virile students to satisfy her. I again state that teachers this age be they male or female should be in elementary school

Well things have changed, while I agree it is inappropriate, a felony charge is not right. They were students, but they were 18.

 

Those 5 students were adults, as well. She got convicted based off of a stupid law.

If they are over 18, they are consenting adults. Case is closed, because you are NOT the moral police.

Authority figures can impose their authority on young impressionable minds. They could also be using blackmail through their position to get their way, like the threat of a passing grade, or the loss of a job. This isn't about age it is about misuse of power, and taking advantage of the gullible. In this case unless she was withholding grades for sex, nothing was lost here except the next 2-5 years of her life.

So, if we look the other way over teacher/student relationships because they are 18 or over do we give an unfair advantage to young studs with never ending wood or girls with short skirts and cleavage?

18 is a consenting adult. You have no right to tell another adult what to do period.
