>>>MOD EDIT: OFF TOPIC<<<< See this post by Margot2 which talked about homosexuality laws in KSA. This is what I was responding to. Once again I have provided the source and you had nothing other than unreferenced personal opinions. Here's another source: - Keyan Keihani, A Brief History of Male Homosexuality in the Qur'an, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Arab-Islamic Culture". iranian.com. Retrieved 10 July 2010. So if you're saying something that contradicts these references you have to provide a counter reference. As I said your personal opinions or experience don't count when we're talking about information present in references or other sources of information.
Thats a myth. In fact if you had an interest in auto -mobiles you would know that german cars are most likely to brake down when pitted against other big manufacturers, Toyota, Volvo, Ford, ican find you the recent article if you want. Also, look at F1, how many German manufacturers? Mercedes and they dont rank highly.
Actually, no. Here's the correct information and yes the punishment for Adultery is death: These are all referenced facts and I can bring additional references. What you're talking about is flogging/lashing and that is for non-adultery related sex. This is sex between people who are not married and they're not married to anyone else: http://www.state.gov/j/drl/rls/hrrpt/2006/78862.htm
That is all well and good, however, one has to make a conscious decision to tell lies. I can 't reference my personal experiences. I see crazy idiot post on this site all day long but that does not mean they are lying. All these people can't be lying. There are other reasons for misrepresentations. Lies must be a conscious decision to manipulate. I don't believe that about Margo or even the right wingers. Here is why, most communication is based on belief systems and values not content. That is the very reason there must be standards on formal communications when a body is creating an opinion so that we can scrutinize the information. If you will notice, her communication, in this instance, was a reactive one not a formal communique. There was no time invested in it. It was not a formal one. I don't need you to prove it. I try very hard to not to shame or humiliate people. Do you understand all this?
Have you ever gone against what everyone else was thinking and doing? Very few people are that secure. Most people tend to follow whoever they feel is the strongest. The Nationalist Socialist party (Nazis) came about because the communist party was rampant in Germany, and very few wanted what happened to Russia, as well as the Ukraine with its holodymir and seven million deaths to happen to them. The millions of white Russians who were forced to flee, and/or were killed was something which was very close to Germany at that time, and very fresh in their memory. There were books written galore by the Russian 'emigres' on what was going on, and the German people wanted no part of it. There was also a crop failure in Germany, and many believe this is what started the depression, so they were also starving and resented having to make war reparations to France and other countries as well. They resented also the immorality which was rampant among young people so they could eat, and wanted a way out of it. Hitler promised to give it to them. The reason the Jews were attacked, is because they lived without a nation, so they preferred a form of 'internationalism' rather than the concept of nation states. Many were atheists as well, and felt that religion was the cause of all their woes and the woes of the world. All this of course, made them a threat to the German people, as it did to other European nations before them. When Bismark united the German states, he kicked out the Christian princes. Nationalism is pagan in that it emphasizes the superiority of one society, race or what not, over others, so there was no way the churches would ever be complicit with the Nazi party, but they couldn't oppose Hitler either without indirectly supporting the atheist communists which were having riots and protests continuously, since they were the ones who destroyed the Church in Russia and were the cause of tens of millions of deaths. Anyway, I hope this explains what was going on in Germany at the time.
Please stop making threats. I have reported this post for harassment. That's why I ask for references in debate. There can be any number of personal opinions and they dont have any value if there's nothing to back it up with. So for example the discussion we are having here about KSA and homosexuality laws. I have provided references multiple times for my claims and I expect the other person to do the same.
Sandra Mackey only lived in KSA for 4 years.. and she was NEVER inside any court... and they never stone anyone.. Mackey is selling books not telling the truth.
Xaseui just debunked your overt lies with cold hard facts. Sex outside of marriage is a capital crime in the KSA. Way to give only half of the story, this is the insanity that women have to deal with if they want an abortion in the KSA: Grounds on which abortion is permitted: To save the life of the woman Yes To preserve physical health Yes To preserve mental health Yes Rape or incest No Foetal impairment No Economic or social reasons No Available on request No Additional requirements: A legal abortion must be performed in a government hospital. A panel of three medical specialists appointed by the hospital director must sign a recommendation before an abortion can be performed. Written consent must be obtained from the patient and her husband or her guardian, using a standard Government-approved form. http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=...cdsWvaCY4qCcvow&bvm=bv.56146854,d.cWc&cad=rja So no abortion is not legal in the KSA except in very exceptional circumstances.
Mackey's book is full of inaccuracies and generalizations.. she doesn't know KSA very well.. . Instead I'd recommend several other books like The Kingdom: Arabia and the House of Sa'ud, by Robert Lacey,
Once again with the easily debunked overt lies: Sentences to stoning or stonings without a sentence were reported within the last years from Afghanistan, Nigeria, Iran, Pakistan, Sudan, Saudi-Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Lashing and amputations are even more widespread. Please help us to abolish these barbaric practices! http://www.ishr.org/index.php?id=857
None of those are valid reasons to reject the reference from State.gov and I have already given additional references that show Saudi Arabia has laws against homosexuality and sodomy. Refer to the above post by Face. In addition: http://www.independent.co.uk/news/w...-the-crime-having-a-mobile-phone-8846585.html says: - Stoning is also a legal punishment for adultery in Mauritania, a third of Nigeria's 36 states, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen. So the laws for stoning exist in Saudi Arabia and sentences have been given out.
Yes, I feel for you, it can be so frustrating to not know how information was conceived. Believe me, I feel your pain. My communication style to much like yours. Don't take those things personal, it has nothing to do with you. It is a simple communication style, not lies. Lies are a different animal altogether. Stay focused on your communique. Everything will come through. This is a bare bones site to look at communication styles. I have read study after study. I can't reference how I know what I know. It is years worth. You can start with this link if you have an interest in delving deeper into what I am saying. http://communicationtheory.org/category/communication-models/ I am going to go back and answer your questions on Islam. That will take some time.
They don't stone people in Arabia.. Many of the fringe human rights groups and Christian websites lump a lot of countries together.. I don't know about Sudan or Mauritania.. But they don't stone people in Qatar or KSA... Why don't you go to the Aramco Annuitants website.. There are thousands of American ex-pats.. and many from other countries.. some from Muslim countries.. Ask them if there is stoning in Arabia.. Many of those people lived and worked there as long as 40 years.
Can we please get back to the topic, it was about Germany remember? Anyway the report is misleading because it is not reflecting accurately the views of the Europeans, and they are the ones who have to deal with Germany...not to mention owned by Germany as well. And they are the ones going hungry because of it. Yesterday a group of Germans decided to make a colony in Crete near the place where thousands of German parachutists were shot down in WWII. When they put up a German flag the Greeks freaked. Anyway some economists in Germany realized their mistake and are now thinking about letting countries like Greece, Portugal and Spain quit the Eurozone for a while so they can adjust their economy. The way it stands now, if they leave they can't re-enter. It probably would be the best thing, otherwise I don't see the E.U. as having much of a future because of Germany. The other problem with Germany is that it is trying to set the moral tone, and set its own standards of what is right and wrong on other nations, which is funny considering its past...Although to be fair it has repented for its sins, while nations like Turkey and Japan haven't. This reminds me of the time that Germany decided to recognize Croatia when no other country would do so because they knew the Balkans would go up in flames. The Germans were appalled when a Greek foreign minister called them political idiots. As for those who see Germany in a favorable light, it could be because Germany doesn't have anything to do with them.
Not so exceptional.. did you actually read your post? Husband and wife have to agree.. then they approach a physician. You do know that the hospitals are government hospitals.
You don't think it is exceptional that women who have been raped can not get an abortion? Mother of god....
Yeah, go in Greece and ask them how popular Germany is... in general, many european nations are looking with suspect at Deutschland Viert Reich, and no wonder why.
In Saudi Arabia, abortion is allowed only if the continuation of pregnancy would endanger the life or health of the expectant mother, or if there is a proven serious congenital anomaly in the embryo or foetus. The performance of abortion should be done prior to the elapse of 120 days from the start of conception, which is considered the time of ensoulment according to the Hadith of the Prophet. However, according to the fatwa issued by the Islamic Council of Jurists of Mecca in 1990, if the life of the expectant mother is endangered, abortion or preterm delivery can be performed at any time of pregnancy. The decision with clear medical indication for abortion should be agreed upon by three specialist physicians (1990; Shaltoot 199. http://muse.jhu.edu/login?auth=0&ty...ioethics_review/v003/3.4.bagheri01_sub03.html It should be noted that before the fatwa of the Council of Islamic Jurists of Mecca which extended the time for abortion prior to 120 days, the official fatwa in Saudi Arabia allowed abortion only in the first 40 days of conception. However, many Islamic jurists are still more stringent and would allow abortion only prior to 40 days. More conservative jurists like the Maliki School and Imam Gazali (from the Shafei school of jurisprudence) do not allow abortion at any time of pregnancy except to save the life of the expectant mother (AlBar 1985; AlGhazali n.d.).
Greece is a country on the verge of default, as is Italy, we have our guilts no doubt about it, but Germany's financial maneuvers and sanctions toward us are just disgusting. They treat south european nations like trash and they wonder why german products are going down on our market? They are arrogant, if not a direct danger for us. Better loose this EU and make it anew, i tell ya...
Merkel is doing now what Hitler tried to do in the last century, make itself the hegemon in Europe. They haven't really changed, except for their beliefs that they were some kind of super race. As for their culture, they still consider it superior like they did in the 19th century. They actually believed then that they were the real inheritors of ancient Greece culturally and even racially. Well that pure Arian race theory was debunked later on by quite a few anthropologists. Anyway they are still trying to impose their own values and pagan ethics on the rest of Europe, but it ain't gonna work. Who wants to be a German, hmmm, except maybe a German?
And that little bit of philosophy is coming from a country that is dying. I hear there was another earthquake today, and this time near Tokyo. So tell me Akuma, how is it going with the plants at Fukishima? Are you people going to take us to the grave with you? I mean how dumb can a nation get, going around building nuclear plants in a land with continuous earthquakes. But then again what can one expect from people who spend twenty hours a day working, and for what? So they can prove their superiority over others. I would say they are like the Germans, except with the Germans work is part of their cultural make up, and I don't think it is with the Japanese. I think with them it's just plain spite.
