Seems like a weird sounding insult. I googled it and it apparently is both a derogatory term and a Comedy Club.
It was also a dumb insult; especially since many Hispanic -- um -- immigrants of the day among the younger crowd were noted for carrying switchblades.
Scholarships: I’ve looked at hundreds of scholarships I’ve never seen one for white males, but I’ve seen scholarships for seemingly every other race and gender combination. For example: Common Application Scholarships Included scholarships: Tuttle Baldwin, Francisco Bautista, TQ Berg Family, Judy Cushing, Dan Evans, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Merrill & Rhea Gordon, K2, Linda Kahan, Daniel Ira Klein Memorial, Les Purce, Oscar Soule Amount: Varying amounts; multiple awards New or current SO, JR, SR Required One or more required:  African American Hispanic/Latino  Native American  Age 24-26  First-generation  Parent  High level of loan indebtedness Affirmative Action: The College Affirmative Action Plan and programs are established in accordance with regulations promulgated by the Federal Office of Contract Compliance Programs, Federal Executive Order 11246, Rehabilitation Act Section 503, Governor's Executive Order 93-07 Affirming Commitment to Diversity and Equity, Re-establishing Affirmative Action and Prohibiting Discrimination, Governor's Executive Orders 89.01, 96-04 and 98-01, RCW 28 B.10, 39.19, 41.06, 49.60, and 49.74. Consistent with Federal and State law, the plan provides for equal opportunity and non-discrimination in all aspects of college employment regardless of protected group status: race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, or veteran status. The Affirmative Action Plan documents the College’s goals and strategies for the recruitment and retention of well-qualified members of affected groups as staff and faculty, specifically women, Blacks, Hispanics, Asian/Pacific Islanders, Native Americans, Vietnam Era veterans, disabled veterans and people with disabilities (the affected groups), where they are under-represented in our workforce. The plan does not establish quotas of any kind or timelines for the achievement of goals, but identifies the levels of diversity present in labor markets relevant to College recruitment and establishes those levels as goals the College aspires to in its employment of administrators, staff and faculty. The Affirmative Action Plan also outlines program activities and strategies the College utilize to retain its diverse employees. There 8 laws that discriminate against white males in America in 2014. Now name me 5 laws that discriminate against African Americans in America in 2014
those "scholarships" are not run by the government though are they? we all have some of every race in us, just mark the one you think will benefit you most, see if it makes a difference, that checkbox is based on the honor system... lol get a racial dna test, use that as your proof of identity.... .
hahaha, oh burn! It's too bad that all the quick responses you got just totally ignored the context or what you replied to. good post
Thats the best you can come up with. There are so many private scholarships that white males benefit from it is not even worth posting. White women benefit more from AA than anyone in this country, so that pretty much shots down that arguement. What are they? The main one is the US Justice System.
It is an example of a law, or the absence of a law that doesn't makes racist scholarships illegal, Meanwhile it's illegal to discriminate against African Americans by forbidding them to use your business, but it's perfectly fine, encouraged even, for a business to create a racist scholarship that discriminates against white males.
Show me one scholarship that says you have to be a white male to qualify for the scholarship like it says you have to be African American for the scholarship I posted as an example, and the scholarship I posted is just one example. There are literally hundreds of scholarships like that one that discriminate against white males-hundreds.
Really, OK-lol 1.) Executive Order 11246, Rehabilitation Act Section 503, Governor's Executive Order 93-07 2.) Governor's Executive Order 89.01 3.) Governor's Executive Order, 96-04 4.) Governor's executive order 98-01, 5.) RCW 28 B.10, 6.) RCW 39.19, 7.) RCW 41.06, 8.) RCW 49.60 9.) RCW 49.74. Excuse me. There are nine laws for you, not 8
Private businesses are not run by the government either, but laws made by the government are still applied to them. It's illegal to ban a race from your business, but it isn't illegal to discriminate against white males by creating scholarships white males can't get because of their race and gender.
The topic of this thread is, 'should white men be punished,' but white men are discriminated against by white women through affirmative action as well.
Well I agree the US Justice System is discriminatory but I don't agree the discrimination is based on race. The U.S. Justice System discriminates against any males that are not in the top 1%. For example: Women are given 63% lighter sentences than men when they are convicted of the same crime, and that’s after being 20 times less likely to even be prosecuted in the first place. Estimating Gender Disparities in Federal Criminal Cases Sonja B. Starr University of Michigan Law School August 29, 2012 University of Michigan Law and Economics Research Paper, No. 12-018 Abstract: This paper assesses gender disparities in federal criminal cases. It finds large gender gaps favoring women throughout the sentence length distribution (averaging over 60%), conditional on arrest offense, criminal history, and other pre-charge observables. Female arrestees are also significantly likelier to avoid charges and convictions entirely, and twice as likely to avoid incarceration if convicted. Prior studies have reported much smaller sentence gaps because they have ignored the role of charging, plea-bargaining, and sentencing fact-finding in producing sentences. Most studies control for endogenous severity measures that result from these earlier discretionary processes and use samples that have been winnowed by them. I avoid these problems by using a linked dataset tracing cases from arrest through sentencing. Using decomposition methods, I show that most sentence disparity arises from decisions at the earlier stages, and use the rich data to investigate causal theories for these gender gaps. http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=2144002
Which state is this in again? What are these laws and I thought we were speaking of Federal Laws. - - - Updated - - - Sorry, the numbers show that is a false statement.
Tell us how white women discriminate against you. When the student body is 90% white how are you discriminated against? When the unemployment rate is the highest for black men and the lowest for white men, how are you discriminated against?

You said yourself, "White women benefit more from AA [Affirmative Action] than anyone in this country,"
True, but how does that discriminate against you when you have the highest college enrollment. - - - Updated - - - Looks like it. - - - Updated - - - US Dept of Labor. Look at the enrollment of any college or university in the US other than an HBCU.
Try getting a job in science with a University, the State, or the Federal Government(where most of the jobs in science are located) as a white male and maybe you'll see how AA discriminates against white males.
