But I'd bet your messiah Barry and his love affair with aiding Iran you were okay with?

If they can't meet the vetting standards....stay out. Here is something else that the FBI looked at Tamerlan Tsarnaev for.

    2011 Waltham triple murder

That and his 6 month visit to Chechnya should have kept the brothers on their radar. I know hind sight is always 20/20, but thee was more than enough there to keep the FBI on him. They dropped the ball. BTW the victims had their throats slit so deep they were nearly decapitated.

Yeah, you need to work on your math. Math is the part with numbers.

34% of those arrested for terrorism in the US were native born citizens.
    19% non-citizens ("banned")

    TrumpCo's fixing the wrong problem.

Washington State Attorney General Promises To Uncover ‘What Truly Motivated’ Trump’s Travel Ban

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Washington state’s attorney general has promised to uncover “what truly motivated” President Donald Trump’s executive order on immigration, an approach that could prompt a rare public examination of how a U.S. president makes national security decisions.

The presidential order imposed a temporary ban on travelers from seven predominantly Muslim countries, but a federal judge has barred enforcement of the order while the court considers a challenge brought by Washington state.

They really are showing everyone their true faces! How deceitful and corrupt the NWO really is! They lie and lie and deceive and try to deceive again! And once they're done lying and deceiving people they lie and deceive once again! They never stop! Even when it's obvious to everyone what they're doing! Are they really that stupid or corrupt they have no understanding it is they who will suffer in the end!

Washington's state attorney general must know travel bands have been lawfully imposed in the past! Take world war two for instance, just to keep it simple!! www.slideshare.net/FittipaldiD/restrictions-on-italian-americans-during-world-war-ii

If he doesn't know it’s been done in the past he shouldn't be holding office!

The law is clear! A president has the authority to impose restrictions on travel! To that end there is no debate!

We should turn his question around and ask what's the real motivation behind Washington’s Attorney General fake "investigation"?

    p.s.
I have some personal experience with travel bands!

My father was not allowed to return to the U.S. during the second world war, even though he was born in Cambridge Mass and a US citizen! His father took him to Italy as a young boy and during world war two was not allowed to come to the US, and even had his citizenship revoked! After the war was over his citizenship was reinstated!

Travel bands have been imposed off and on for a number of years! They’re nothing new! So why are they making such an issue about them now? They're just trying to deceive people into believing they're somehow un-American or something!

How would better social services get him into a concert?

"couselors tried to find him work, he got public assistance, couldn't find work and finally got notice of imminent deportation when he blew up."

Would that have happened if they hadn't let him into the country in the first place?

With the 9th Circus Court, reality, law and commons sense don't apply, their 80% overturn rate proves that.

The 9th circus needs to be split up. Its much too big and stupid to handle that many states. CA, HI and Island Territories is what it will likely handle after its broken up.

As for this steamer they pinched off, I bet they revisit it rather quickly.

Most immigrants who are extensively vetted have a "paper trail," and those who do not are subjected to prolonged, intensive scrutiny.

Consider the process that has been in place since before Trump's illegal order:

Since not one person in the US has been killed in a terrorist act by anyone from Trump's targeted nations, the vetting process must be regarded as quite successful.

The OP states that 72 individuals from the nations targeted by Trump have been convicted in terrorist related plots and activities.
Is death your only measuring stick? Because there are people "walking" around on prosthetic limbs because their own legs were blown off their bodies in the Boston Marathon bombing, thanks to a couple of Muslim immigrant brothers who should have been better vetted and who, in retrospect, displayed all the classic warning signs of Muslim immigrants who decided their religion required them to make war on the nation that took them in.

I think any rational person, one without an unreasoning hatred of the new president, would see that 72 dangerous terrorists were interdicted by our
national security infrastructure after making their way through our obviously imperfect vetting programs and conclude we needed to do a better job of screening out who we let in our country, for the sake of everyone's own well being. http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/s...m-countries-targeted-by-trump/article/2614582

Of course irrational people put themselves and others in jeopardy because it's more important, to them, to oppose a program designed to keep us safe
because they hate Trump, than to make themselves that much more secure.

Have you looked at that list of 72? Several were extradited to the US to face charges from their home countries. One was charged for opening a relief agency which broke sanctions and got 6 months probation and one was a person who was paid $1.5M from the bank account of Oliver North during the Iran gate and this person was also extradited..

That is not what you said. You specifically stated that there has been no terrorist attack on US soil since 9/11.

Very populist rhetoric, but what are the standards and where do the burdens lie. How would you prove you are not a bad guy exactly seeing as how just about any trait or experience you possess is likely tied to at least one terrorist somewhere along the way. White conservative military veteran, why that makes you the next Timothy McVeigh. Add in a pro-life stance and you are now Eric Rudolph. The list goes on and on.

Granting what you said, for the sake of argument, how about the other 67? ..............

I randomly looked at 5 from the list and found flaws in the argument. Sums up the credibility of that list of 72

You mean, if they would want to ethnic cleanse all of them... they could be done in a week.
Instead they still ethnic cleanse them from parts of the WB and East Jerusalem every year.

I'll let you fester in your "Trump hatred" rationale and pretend that is the motive for all who oppose his illegal executive order - appeals court judges, constitutional scholars, libertarians, civil libertarians, etc. - that targets all immigrants from seven nations fleeing Islamic State terrorism. You can include national security experts who regard the ban as detrimental to US security as motivated by personal animus as well, if you wish.

The Tsernaev brothers were not refugees. They are the children of asylum seekers. Anyone with a legitimate fear of persecution such as the Tsarnaev parents cannot be returned to their country of origin under international law. Asylum seekers differ from refugees, and are subject to a different process.

Meanwhile, discriminating against men, women, and children from nations that have not been places of origin for anyone who has killed a single person in a terrorist act in America in forty years, whilst blithely ignoring those entering the US from Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Lebanon that have killed thousands, defies logic.

Fortunately, we are a nation of laws not of men, and the law has prevailed, as intended.

... that includes a heinous instance of receiving two truckloads of stolen cereal. In contriving its list, the anti-immigrant Center for Immigration Studies bloated it with absurdities, knowing that the right-wing blogosphere would mindlessly parrot it without proper scrutiny.

Why are you people so afraid of Nazi references? Because you have so many parallels? Yes indeed...
