We have real Gun Control. You refuse to see or understand it. We have Criminals that refuse to obey Gun Control laws and sell illegal drugs and murder each other. You also have a number of suicides that occasion the use of firearms. You pretend that these events are a failure of gun control, when Millions of law abiding citizens prove otherwise. If you pretend that adults are children, and guns are candy, your aim is to take candy away from the children that do not eat candy. In order to effect change, you need to address the real problem, the people causing the problem, those inner City Gangs doing the shootings and killing innocent victims, not law abiding citizens.

That is just not true. Your way is not to incarcerate violent Felons and Murderers and other Criminals or to effect early release of multiple violent offenders to reduce prison overcrowding. Your real gun control is no solution. Prosecute violent repeat offenders and keep them in Prison. Gun control is the real failure, Criminals do not obey laws.
Why does the gun control argument always get around to comparing the U.S. with other countries? If we are going to go by how many gun deaths there are in Canada or ask why we can't impose Australian style gun control then do we also want to look at cultural and political aspects of other countries to impose on the citizens here? Isn't this concept of comparing the U.S. with other nations to say "if they can do it there why can't we do it here"? Maybe we should be looking at China's ideas of birth control or Saudi Arabia's criminal justice system. Our politicians continue to tell us that this is the greatest country in the world. If that is correct we should not be pointing to lesser countries as examples.
