Breaking: President Trump Nominated for Nobel Peace Prize by Norwegian Lawmakers

I dont think Trump should receive the prize, but between Trump and Obama ill choose Trump by an order of magnitute.

Since Obama reiceived it, the prestige of Nobel dropped to 0.

 

Two Norwegians were getting drunk at the local bar and decided it would be funny to phone in a nomination.

Nothing more.

 

He earned it by accepting an invitation?
He earned it by Kim asking the South Koreans to ask Trump if Trump could go and meet Kim.
He earned it for China paving the way for the meeting?

Why didn't Kim, or any South Korean or Chinese get nominated?
Is it because Donald Trump's white?

Is it because Donald Trump promised to meet fire with fire prompting such a meeting?

What did Trump do other than show up and walk and talk?

 

All the increasingly desperate anti-Trump leftists and their RINO political allies can do now is hope for nuclear war between North Korea and the United States; and we KNOW that some few of them at least ARE secretly hoping for just that to happen.

 

Because Trump is White? Skin tone never stopped the committee before; although it obviously motivated them as per when they nominated and then gave it to Barack Obama for having done absolutely . . . nothing.

 

Do leftists think that intelligent people forgot that Obama was given the Nobel Prize merely for winning the presidency in 2008? Obama did not even begin to make any 'progress' with Iran until mid way through his second term of office. Obama literally hadn't done ANYTHING when he was nominated for and then 'won' the award except bellow "Hope and Change!"

 

Kim was the one who reached out to Trump and invited Trump offering Trump peace.
China and S Korea helped with Singapore.

What did Barack Obama do to warrant being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize?

 

He gets nominated for being enough of a real negotiator to put enough pressure on N.K. to convince their dictator that it would be better to meet and at least appear to be trying rather than act like he has with all previous U.S. presidents. Since Trump is NOT Obama, Kim was convinced that in Trump's case there could be actual meaningful consequences generated if he did not at least go through the motions. Leftists are fooling nobody except their already Kool-aid drinking fellow leftists.

 

All this happened because Trump applied pressure. Even leftist news outlets covered THAT. Of course it was because they accused Trump of potentially starting a war with the N.K. dictator.

 

Well that takes the cake. Totally ignoring any pressure Trump has enforced since he won office. See my earlier post.

?????? Obama was nominated BEFORE he even took office for advocating for non proliferation, BEFORE we found out that Nuclear proliferation would only escalate under the Obama administration. Its not to early.

 

If there's continued peace and progress and if there are awards to be given, then Kim, Abe, Moon, and Rodman have a Nobel coming which they earned along with Trump.

But my guess is all will miss out because of prejudice and bigotry against Trump.

 

Kim never asked South Korea to ask if Obama would meet.
Do you believe this is due to China? The Nobel committee sure does not.
Ask the Committee questions on why they nominated.
Did you fret like this over the award given to Obama? He had not lifted a finger.

Trump was the master of Kim. Kim was the one that had quit.

Here is my question. Should Seoul feel more safe today or stay fearful?

 

The award is in the future so if something breaks, they can pull back the nomination.

 

They should nominate Dennis Rodman for the Nobel Peace Prize. Didn't he help Trump and Kim Jung Un to settle their differences? (snicker)
We sure have come a long way since Martin Luther King Jr. received this award. Back then it meant something.

 

It hasn't meant anything since they gave one to Arafat. Now its just an embarrassment that you don't want your name connected to.

 

Dennis Rodman was, in effect, the first one in.

He along with Abe, Moon, and Xi all contributed to getting Trump and Kim to Singapore.

 

No, Rodman was not involved. Martin Luther King deserved nothing.

 

I doubt there will be any prizes relating to the Singapore summit, but also would be disappointed if there were prizes and Rodman was left out.
