    Kavanaugh's friends described drinking binges which could cause Kavanaugh to be blackout drunk.

    The nomination of Kavanaugh is a farce and the FBI investigations of Kavanaugh have been incompetent.

    Given the number of people who have stepped forward with tales of Kavanaugh's alcohol-fueled and sexual exploits, the man has no right to be considered for the position of a Supreme court justice.

    The machinations of the Republicans are a disgrace to the US political system.

    There is good reason to believe Kavanaugh was a blackout drunk. In fact Kavanaugh described himself and his friends as loud obnoxious drunks. Furthermore, the drunkenness was by underage drinking which was unlawful.

    If Kavanaugh had any decency he would withdraw his nomination.

    Which is probably one of reasons he would drink...so that he could excuse himself form despicable disgusting loser behavior.

    You guys seem to be having a hard time understanding the difference between accusations and verifiable truths. You all seem to want "guilty until proven innocent". Is that really the type of precedent you want to set; where as long as you can find enough people to make claims, you just assume it's true? Bad idea!

    Narrow one week long FBI investigation into credible sex assault allegations that the Dems begged for a week ago has completed, the allegations have proven to be bogus, totally without merit, in other words, lies and smear.

    The attempt by the dems to turn this narrow investigation into an open-ended never-ending fishing expedition wasn't successful either. Too bad :D

    Period, end of story.

    You can call Kavanaugh a success in one respect. Alcoholics often say they drink to forget something.

    Kavanaugh's drinking achieved it's goal. He can't remember what he was drinking to forget.

    She will be, after the midterms, perjury charges are by far more likely than defamation though.

    People who defend hard core drug users and want to legalize meth, heroin, and who knows what else are busting balls over unproven allegations of getting drunk. Has any lib on this board ever had too many? If yes, your career is shot, done, over.

    Any Senator (within their prerogative) can apply a "guilty until proven innocent" standard.

    If the new ridiculous standard for job interviews is high school binge drinking or college binge drinking 30 years ago than I would guess half the people I know need to be fired from their positions. This whole thing is a travesty and mockery of justice, decency, and due process

    Let me see here, you’re the one who saw video of aviolent hateful liberal hitting a guy in the head with a bike lock and then went on to say it never happened, but with no video, audio, photographs, or anything else you believe a person you never met is a blackout drunk.
