And yet they still holler out "Allah Akbar" before detonating themselves and those around them. Maybe Muslims would settle down a bit if given this information. God's messengers seem to have sent out conflicting philosophies and morality lessons.

That's right. In America we let the natives worship however they wanted. Oh, wait.....

Sounds like it just might work on Prime Time Cable, with appropriate Parental Guidance warnings of course.

We wouldn't want anything like that being exposed to children or they might grow up with hate in their hearts, rather than loving their fellow man.

Actually I think its "allahu akbar"
which when translated means " god is greater"
To say "god is great" the words would be "allahu kabir"
Well call me old fashion, but doesnt "greater" imply more than one god...
In other words "our god is greater than yours".....
So much for saying that we all worship the one God...
If anyone believes that youre ill-informed..

I disagree. We all worship one God. Power. And if you believe those wars you are seeing are "religious conflicts" I'd say the West's propaganda machine earns it's marks.

So why exactly do you think they were stopped from worshiping the way they wanted?

As a science, by showing the kids you learn history by reading the sources, but mostly on showing them the opposite point of views there could existed at any moment.

I've never believed the wars were about religion. It is about a few people wanting what others have.
Teach History without bias--from all perspectives. Let the students decide which point of view they want to align themselves with. But, all claims of mass genocide, colonization etc must be referenced, and fact checked by reliable sources. For example, Howard Zinn's history of the US is full of atrocious accusations against the white man, but he fails to accurately, and thoroughly reference much of his information.
The old maxim, "If you don't learn history, you're bound to repeat it" is probably true.

Perhaps you can explain how saying "god is greater" must mean there is more than one god? I presume English is your first language? Let me explain it to the "ill-informed". "god is greater" means that god is greater than anything living on Earth - quite simple really. Why does it upset so many "Cristian" or "Jewish" people when ever anyone says that the Abrahamic religions believe in the same god. BTW there are thousands of "gods"

Doesnt "greater" imply a comparison..to other Gods....
Why then do terrorists say "allahuh akbar" when they are beheading someone (in the name of islam)
Shouldnt they be saying "allahuh kabir"...meaning...."God is great"
When I was at school I was taught "great, greater, greatest" when comparing three items...
eg three football teams...in other words, they form a group...
Did you go to school...of course you did...perhaps you sat up the back, and werent very smart....
I dont think you can compare say two apples and an onion in a group of three and say the onion
(representing any living thing on earth) is of less substance than one of the apples...whilst saying
one of the apples is greater...deary me what a conundrum...
Of course in any comparison, if allah was the onion it would probably be pretty rotten...but forgive me, I digress...
Perhaps you can give me a link which includes the words "than anything living on earth..."
Ill try to remember what you are trying to tell me if I happen to be beheaded by an islamic terrorist one day.........
BTW English is my first language but I am studying arabic a lot these days....

Whether Im a christian, atheist, buddhist or jehovahs witness doesnt really matter...
The simple question is "what is the english interpretation of "allahuh akbar"
You have your opinion, I have mine.

If so, this is hypocritical because either no religion or all religions!

Yeah, but then you have to get into versions, why they believe in controlling the clouds and controlling speech, and verses that are the backbone of how one religion promoted freedom of speech and another a government with perfect prayer to be seen of men:

February 23, 1998: “Praise be to Allah, who revealed the Book, controls the clouds, defeats factionalism, and says in His Book: ‘But when the forbidden months are past, then fight and slay the pagans wherever ye find them, seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem (of war)’; and peace be upon our Prophet, Muhammad Bin-'Abdallah, who said: I have been sent with the sword between my hands to ensure that no one but Allah is worshipped, Allah who put my livelihood under the shadow of my spear and who inflicts humiliation and scorn on those who disobey my orders.”
One Iraq, Two Iraq, Three Iraq!

“Expressing your opinion and ‘Freedom of Speech‘ is fine until the point of insult.. if what you are saying justifies the insult then that means non of the human rules we are creating are applicable ..” (Peaceful Muslim, from Chicago) http://www.debatepolitics.com/archives/8170-now-4.html#post242088

"[8.17] So you did not slay them, but it was Allah Who slew them, and you did not smite when you smote (the enemy), but it was Allah Who smote, and that He might confer upon the believers a good gift from Himself; surely Allah is Hearing, Knowing." "AL-ANFAL (SPOILS OF WAR, BOOTY)"

"[9.30] And the Jews say: Uzair is the son of Allah; and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah destroy them; how they are turned away!"

You have to get into why people did things, like was it WMD, oil, or the authorization for use of force for 9/11 that caused people to support war with Iraq?

July 1997, South Movement, "the path of Jihad and proper action": "Those who desire to face up to the Zionists conspiracies, intransigence, and aggressiveness must proceed towards the advance centers of capabilities in the greater Arab homeland and to the centers of the knowledge, honesty and sincerity with whole heartiness if the aim was to implement a serious plan to save others from their dilemma or to rely on those capable centers; well-known for their positions regarding the enemy, to gain precise concessions from it with justified maneuvers even if such centers including Baghdad not in agreement with those concerned, over the objectives and aims of the required maneuvers." (On the 29th anniversary of Iraq's national day (the 17th of July 1968 revolution). President Saddam Hussein made an important comprehensive and nation wide address) http://southmovement.alphalink.com.au/countries/Iraq/speech.htm

Then you have to get into connections between political parties and MOVEMENTS:

September 2001: "Ramsey Clark, former U.S. Attorney General...David Muller, South Movement, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia" http://www.workers.org/ww/2001/call1004.php

It wouldn’t hurt to get into lies told by our ignorant political leaders:

"Since our founding, the United States has been a nation that respects all faiths. We reject all efforts to denigrate the religious beliefs of others.” (Obama)

“After European colonization of the Americas, and with the formation of the Canadian and United States governments, both countries passed laws intended to suppress indigenous cultures and encourage assimilation to majority-European culture. They banned indigenous ceremonies and, in many schools and other areas, prohibited Indigenous people from speaking their native languages.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sun_dance

    Any questions?

I just don’t think the average “educator” has a clue.
