When did it become legal for a financial institution to disclose one's financial statements without the person's consent?

    This is a huge lawsuit.

I hope Trump sues these bastards out of business.

I'm most sure that these same financial institutions will turn over financial records to a Republican congress of a future Democrat President.

subpoena duces tecum orders a person or organization to bring physical evidence before the ordering authority or face punishment. This is often used for requests to mail copies of documents to requesting party or directly to court

Financial institutions have been selling out their customers for decades. They have become de facto informants for government agencies.

Of course they will. Are you suggesting that banks are run by Democrats. Today’s banks have absolutely no loyalty to their customers anymore. They act as backstabbing informants for the IRS, DEA and any other government agencies. They have for decades.

Then Trump and the US Senate should work to restore banking privacy.

So you think of those with opposing political views as "idiots"? You must admire him to emulate him as you do.

This is a first. This is an abused of power by the Democrats in Congress. This arbitrary use of government power is called tyranny, which is now embraced by Leftists and the Democratic Party.

Boy you’re really terrified of what they’ll find! What do you think it is? Money laundering? That seems like the safest guess.

Obviously Trump's Supporters (just like Trump) are TERRIFIED by the prospect of financial transparency.

Although, give the Lifetime of Chicanery (from a Career Criminal like Trump), I can't really blame them.

You don't think congress got Clinton's financial records in white water? Hillary even had to turn over some records of what work she billed for, as I recall. Her law partner went to jail.

A subpoena can be quashed. It's called due process.

You mean both parties in congress? I’m sure the republicans got rid of that while they had the majority lol
