    She reported that a law has been broken. What if the students possessed drugs? Would reporting them mean she was not treating students equally?

    Doubt. A school simply must teach illegal minors. In fact,.. the children even must go to school. It's a supreme court ruling.

    And this teacher claims that we should toss out the law.
    It's a serious breach of trust that she can preform her job the way she thinks.

    They are illegally standing on U.S. soil. I know you don't respect our national sovereignty, but it's still the law, as we are still a country.... for now.

    In order to enroll my kids in school, I had to provide a birth certificate, shot records, etc. How did they get enrolled?

    screening only people who are ethnic Mexican, for thinking they have drugs and not be American citizens, and not white people.... really? Racial profiling is illegal. It's racist.

    No, just possessing drugs means no harm, so why not just let them possess drugs, as long as they're not using the drugs on campus.

    I support their decision to fire her. Social media should not be used for this purpose and her words represent her employer. Unfortunately, there is a double standard.

    but the children are legally going to the school as the school system allows it - now if the rules shoudl change on that is debatable, but that is the way it is now as we do not punish children for the sins of adults

    I agree.... to me, it's simply a case of breaking the chain of command.... there's a way to report that situation and that wasn't it...

    I wouldn't want anybody willing to use that methodology of trying to fix a problem teaching my kid....

    Neither is illegal children of parents who break the law, probably haven't had basic vaccinations either.

    They are not going legally. They aren't supposed to be in our country, therefore they aren't supposed to be going to our schools, therefore, it's illegal. Most schools are strict on location/address to make sure the students are attending the correct school, so I'm sure that the fact that the kid isn't a legal citizen would be a problem as well.

    I think its funny how Democrats stuff our schools with illegal foreign nationals who some are really bad people, then complain about class size and school funding.

    Democrats hurt the poorest Americans most by aiding and abetting foreign nationals who come and go unchecked and unregulated.

    They should be reported to ice. Democrats aid abet and obstruct justice to protect foreign nationals who come and go unchecked and unregulated at will. It's like they are on the take from the cartels.
